I agree. He (and others) should be in jail for impugning the integrity of the United States by taking bribes for political favors, but not for this pseudo-crime.

Musk said that Hunter and his family should be in jail for “taking bribes for political favors.” Musk called the gun charges “pseudo-crimes.” The billionaire appears to be promoting accusations made by Republican investigators. House Republicans have accused Joe and Hunter Biden of conducting a bribery ring while Biden Sr. was vice president.
They have pointed to communications from Hunter and witness testimony to back their claims. It is possible Joe and Hunter traded favors in exchange for money from Ukraine and China. Biden has firmly denied these claims, despite how damning the evidence looks.
We the People hold faith that Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, as well as others of the Biden crime family will face prosecution over these charges.
This whole situation shows how corrupt our justice system presently is. Elon Musk’s comments and Republican accusations seem to have made more people aware there is something terrible going on behind the scenes. Many Americans have long been aware the Bidens have used their power in sinister ways, and they have brought shame to our beloved country. However, there are still people throughout the country who are clueless and are staunch Leftist voters.
As more information comes out, everyone will be paying attention to see what happens next. Will there be more investigations? Will Hunter Biden face more charges? This story is far from over.
