Latest Kavanaugh Accuser Has The Worst Story Yet

In the 11th hour before Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote, democrats have sprung a series of ridiculous and unsubstantiated allegations of sexual misconduct at him. First there was Christine Blasey Ford who claims Kavanaugh tried to touch her against her will over 35 years ago but doesn’t know when, where, or how this supposedly happened. Then Deborah Ramirez claimed that in college Kavanaugh exposed himself to her, but she was drunk, doesn’t remember what happened, and it could have been a plastic novelty penis, plus everyone she says witnessed this has said it never happened. There is now a third accuser and her story makes these other two seem somewhat believable.

On Sunday “Creepy Porn Lawyer” Michael Avenatti said he had a client that was accusing Kavanaugh of gang rape during high school. Yesterday it looked like Avenatti was the subject of an Internet prank, but today he came out with this new accuser:

Avenatti also released pages of what he calls sworn testimony from Julie Swetnick:

In Swetnik’s statement she says she went to high school in Maryland and knew Brett Kavanaugh. She then says that she attended 10 house parties with Kavanugh between the years 1981-1983. She alleges that at these parties Kavanugh would “spike the punch” to get girls drunk or high to the point that they would pass out and then be gang raped.

Swetnick claims that she was aware that Kavanugh tried to get girls drunk so they could be gang raped and avoided drinking anything he had to offer. Then in 1982 she says she went ahead and drank at a party with Kavanaugh and she soon passed out because someone had slipped her something. She says she was then the victim of a gang rape at this party where Kavanugh was present.

There are no specific details in Swetnick’s account, like where these gang rapes happened or when specifically they occurred, but that’s the least of the problems with this story. Swetnick says she knew that Kavanaugh was drugging girls at theses parties so they could be gang raped, and yet she continued to attend these parties. That’s f*cking crazy even for a crazy person. What woman on the planet would attend a gang rape party on purpose?

Making it crazier, Swetnick was aware of what was going on at these parties, still went to them, and then acted shocked that she was victimized. What are the chances a person would be drugged and gang raped at a drugs and gang rape party? The only real explanation for this insanity is that it absolutely never happened. Not to her, not to anyone.

Craziest of all, Swetnick knew in 1981 that Kavanaugh was drugging girls to be gang raped at parties, yet still went to these parties. In 1982 she says she was drugged and gang raped at one of these parties, and still attended other drugs and gang rape parties into 1983. Does it make sense to continue to attend gang rape parties after being gang raped?

Here’s another huge problem with her story: She says she witnessed first-hand several girls being gang raped over the course of 10 parties in the early 1980’s and said absolutely nothing. She witnessed violent sexual crimes according to her and had a duty to report those to the police. Instead, she said nothing until decades later, conveniently timed out with Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote. She has probably admitted to a crime herself, but definitely confessed to being a shit person.

Easily the biggest problem is how fantastic the claims are. As general rule when something smells like bullshit, it’s bullshit. Swetnick would have us believe that Kavanaugh, a high school boy, was running a huge alcohol/drugs/gang rape ring in suburban Maryland and literally no one said anything about for over 35 years. If this story were true, hundreds of other high school kids would have known about it and yet not one of them ever mentioned it. Plus, though 6 extensive background checks of Kavanaugh, the FBI never came across any friends or associates who thought to bring this up.

Here’s what Swetnick is not alleging, and this is the most important thing: She doesn’t claim that Kavanaugh drugged her or raped her. It seems like she’s trying to give that impression, but in reality she never says Kavanaugh did anything illegal to her at all, just that she thinks he did it to other women. Like I said, this is the worst accusation yet.
