There has been a string of attacks in Brooklyn in which black thugs have targeted Jewish people, including young children. Before you go getting the fool notion in your head that this is anti-Semitism, a black activist explained that blacks aren’t attacking Jews because they are Jewish but rather because they are white. See, as long as it’s not religious bigotry it’s okay. If it were white neo-Nazis attacking Jews that would be an issue, but this is more of a gentrification type of thing and nobody should be alarmed.
Jewish magazine Forward did a piece about the recent attacks on Jews in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn:
Out of six attacks on Jews in Brooklyn in the last month and a half, three have occurred in Crown Heights. On Oct. 15, a teenager beat a Jewish man with a stick. On Nov. 19, a high school-age yeshiva student was “sucker-punched” by an assailant. On Saturday, a man was punched without provocation on his way to synagogue. The last incident came amid four attacks on Jewish people — two of them on children — that occurred on the same weekend.
Jews are being targeted, say residents of these communities, by members of non-white ethnic groups who see Jews as symbols of gentrification in their neighborhoods.
The Forawrd piece then took an apologetic turn as they tried to excuse the black people who are attacking Jews, by including this assclown:
And while the attacks are targeting Jews, it may be because black people identify Judaism as “a form of almost hyper-whiteness,” according to Mark Winston Griffith, executive director of the Black Movement Center, a not-for-profit group that promotes communal organizing in the black community in Crown Heights.
In that regard, Griffith said, the attacks may Be an extension of animosity toward white people in general, who drive gentrification in Brooklyn. He added that the attacks are not on the radar of people involved in social justice initiatives in Crown Heights.
Everyone can relax. This isn’t blacks attacking Jews, it’s blacks attacking whites which doesn’t qualify as a hate crime. Besides, those hyper-whites had it coming for the offense of trying to improve historically shitty black neighborhoods. The nerve of some people.
Killer Dylann Roof should have used a similar defense to avoid the death penalty. If he said he shot 9 people in a Charleston, SC because they were Christian, not because, they were black, he would have at least avoided the hate crime charges. Attacking Christians is even less of a crime than attacking white people. His victims were still black, which is problematic, but maybe if he explained their blackness was representative of their “hyper-Christianity” he could have used liberal logic to exploit a legal loophole.
Despite the fact that this is a bunch of black thugs targeting white people, this crazy black activist managed to make it seem like it was white supremacists attacking Jews because of President Trump.
“To the extent that people hear about it, they are probably thinking about it in the national context of anti-Semitic acts, and the larger landscape of hatred that is being painted by Donald Trump,” said Griffith.
Pick one: either it’s black people attacking whites and it’s not anti-Semitism, or it’s “white power” black people attacking Jews because they are inspired by Trump’s anti-Semitism. It can’t be both. Actually it can’t be either because this is one group of people targeting another group of people for who they are and that should be considered hate no matter what.
Liberals and minorities love to tell us all of the things that need to happen before we have equality in this country and it usually involves discriminating against white people. The fact is, we won’t have true equality until it is unacceptable to hate, attack, and discriminate against all people, including white straight Christians.
