Before Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was elected to congress at the tender age of 29, she was a bartender and waited tables. She has never run a business, nor did she served in local government.

We are not putting bartenders down—there are a lot of good people serving fantastic drinks. Yet most of them never go on to serve in congress.

From AOC’s Raw Green Deal to her defending anti-Semitic comments by Rep IIhan Omar, AOC has shown America what she has been drinking all this time—a strong swirl of Marxist kool-aid coupled with a shot of Hitler.

In the New Radical Democrat party, that’s the norm. Holding a moderate view is now the extreme.

The Radical Democrats have become the party of open borders, late-term abortion, anti-Semitism, socialism, and now cow farts.

They have become so disconnected from reality and our American Values that they are imploding before our very eyes.

To the uneducated, AOC’s bar offers you the best in socialist hard liquor. To the rest of us, it just looks like kool-aid from Jonestown.

Omar Whines That Criticizing Her Anti-Semitism Is—Wait For It—Racist

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, apparently it’s not a duck. In fact, we’re all a bunch of racists for even suggesting it might be. That’s the kind of insane mental gymnastics in which Ilhan Omar, Tamika Mallory, and Linda Sarsour would like us all to engage.

In the wake of yet another anti-Semitic tweet from Omar —this time she alleged that political support for Israel was entirely bought and paid for by Jews — politicians and everyday citizens, Jews and non-Jews alike, found common ground in rebuking the congresswoman. It’s not exactly good look for a sitting politician to spread harmful anti-Semitic stereotypes about big bad Jews and their big bad money. Most people who are not David Duke seem to understand this.

Most people, but not everyone apparently. As the brouhaha was unfolding, Sarsour posted to Facebook that she is “triggered by the constant defensive posture women of color leaders find themselves in.” The problem, in other words, was not Omar’s tweet, but rather how the rest of us have responded to it.

This fits in with the far-left’s general thesis of intersectionality and identity politics: non-white people are always oppressed, and oppressed people are never the villains, only the victims. Sarsour went on: “We are put to higher standards than everyone else.” Fact check: false. What Omar said was troubling. It wasn’t troubling because her skin isn’t white.

Jussie Smollett Hires Harvey Weinstein’s PR Firm, Gives Tearful First Interview Following Alleged Attack

“Empire” star Jussie Smollett, who claims to have been the victim of a brutal hate crime that took place several weeks ago in Chicago, has hired a public relations firm and issued a statement in the wake of concerns Chicago Police are having difficulty substantiating Smollett’s claims.

Smollett also gave a tearful statement to Good Morning America, which will air Thursday morning.

Chicago Police told media on Monday that Smollett provided a series of phone records to authorities in order to prove that he was on the phone with his manager during the attack. But TMZ reports that the phone “records” were actually just “a redacted, PDF print-out of a bill” and that police believe the print-outs were insufficient to substantiate Smollett’s claims of the attack.

Chris Bastardi, the “Vice President/Head of Strategy and Crisis for Sunshine Sachs” issued an official statement on behalf of Smollett Wednesday morning, answering concerns that Smollett may not have provided adequate information to Chicago authorities.

“The following is a statement from Chris Bastardi, he is the Vice President/Head of Strategy and Crisis for Sunshine Sachs, the firm representing Jussie Smollett,” ABC7 reporter Rob Elgas tweeted.

“Sunshine Sachs firm on Smollett phone records: ‘Jussie is the victim here, which has been stated by the Superintendent of Police. Jussie has voluntarily provided his phone records from within an hour of the attack and given multiple statements to police,'” Elgas continued.

Young People Really, Really Want a Green New Deal

Even with a potentially large set of costs in mind, millennials continue to support rather than oppose the Green New Deal by nearly a 30-point margin, though Green New Deal proponents have their work cut out for them with other generations. (Following Pew Research, we define millennials as ages 18–37, Generation X as 38–53, baby boomers as 54–72, and Silent as 72 or older.)

Our research shows that age strongly predicts support for the Green New Deal, even controlling for several variables like party, ideology, and race. One wonders if this is because young people, unlike older generations, must contemplate living through the worst effects of climate change a few decades down the line.

Another key component of the Green New Deal is a focus on racial justice: The Green New Deal resolution includes explicit language that the GND will “promote justice and equity by preventing current and repairing historic oppression to frontline and vulnerable communities.”

Rats, Public Defecation, & Open Drug Use: Our Major Western Cities Are Becoming Uninhabitable Hellholes

Almost everyone that goes out to visit one of our major cities on the west coast has a similar reaction.  Those that must live among the escalating decay are often numb to it, but most of those that are just in town for a visit are absolutely shocked by all of the trash, human defecation, crime and public drug use that they encounter.  Once upon a time, our beautiful western cities were the envy of the rest of the world, but now they serve as shining examples of America’s accelerating decline.  The worst parts of our major western cities literally look like post-apocalyptic wastelands, and the hordes of zombified homeless people that live in those areas are too drugged-out to care.  The ironic thing is that these cities are not poor.  In fact, San Francisco and Seattle are among the wealthiest cities in the entire nation.  So if things are falling apart this dramatically now, how bad will things get when economic conditions really start to deteriorate?
