Ben Carson Has Trump’s Back; Defends Him After Coup Plot Exposed

Ben Carson continues to show his class and character by defending President Trump against the FBI’s third world antics and the failed coup to remove him from office.

There is nothing quite as disgusting as watching the anti-Trump media slobbering all over disgraced ex-FBI official Andrew McCabe after he admitted that he was a participant in a deep state coup to remove the president from office.

McCabe was fired last year only hours shy of getting his full pension for among other things, lying about leaks to the media and abusing his office.

There was also the matter of the criminal referral by Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz but despite the evidence that “Andy” was as corrupt as the day is long, he has been lionized by the left which has elevated deep state authoritarianism to the highest of virtues as long as it is directed at President Trump.

Even though McCabe is a likely a criminal and quite possibly a traitor too, he is making the media rounds to promote his tell-all book The Threat: How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump and even though he openly joined other crooked officials to plot a coup against the duly elected president, he is given prime airtime to justify his illicit conduct.

This was on display most prominently while McCabe was given a tongue bath on CBS’s flagship “60 Minutes” on Sunday night even though he fessed up to a plot to get disloyal cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to reverse the 2016 election.

McCabe also divulged that Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein was willing to wear a wire to secretly set Trump up.

As a partisan hack extraordinaire, Hillary’s stunning defeat really stuck in McCabe’s craw however unlike so many other members of the so-called resistance, he was in a unique position to do something about it.

McCabe’s victory tour is ongoing as he and his deep state allies seek to influence public opinion and generate sympathy but his former boss is not impressed.

Defending Trump’s honor is Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Ben Carson, the famous former neurosurgeon who ran for president in 2016 but quickly found out that politics was a bare-knuckled blood sport that was not a good fit for such a decent and humanitarian man.

Carson refused to smear Trump during the primaries which set him aside from the establishment Republicans and as a reward, he was named to his post following the election.

According to Dr. Carson:

This week former FBI Director Andrew McCabe insinuated that he could have convened the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment removing President Trump from office.

Even going so far as to say they put together a count of officials who might side with them in this devious plot. One might normally dismiss such an [sic] idea without another thought. However I don’t feel that I can stay silent.

During my time-serving in this administration, I have seen a President who stands for the people against insurmountable odds.

I have seen no obstruction and collusion and only a heart to do what is right for our country.

Whether it be helping rehabilitate those once thought lost with the First Step Act, fixing our broken immigration system, defending the life of those who cannot yet speak for themselves or signing into law tax cuts that would help everyone from a small business owner to a large company.

I want to unequivocally state that I have not and will not be a part of any attempt to usurp the will of the people or undermine that President of the United States Of America Donald J. Trump. 

According to reports, at least two cabinet members would have been onboard with McCabe’s treachery although they have not been identified.

Some might speculate that those with such sentiment may include Rex Tillerson, HR McMaster, and Nikki Haley.

For that matter, Carson is the only cabinet member who has put out a statement denouncing McCabe and defending the president.

Carson is a class act, total patriot, and a great American.
