Dems Go Hog Wild On Reparations To Exploit Hostility Toward Whites For Votes

The Democrats have only two things to run on race baiting and socialism and they can tie them both into a nice package with a big red bow through reparations.

The current crop of Democrat presidential hopefuls have embraced ideas that were once relegated to the fringes as major selling points to voters regardless of how crazy or how damaging to the nation that they may be.

It’s bad enough that the party of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders are looking to appeal to millennials and unproductive members of society with the siren song of free college tuition, Medicare for all and guaranteed government jobs but an uglier component is also beginning to be introduced.

That would be the idea of reparations paid to blacks for slavery which has long been a cherished idea to black identity extremists as well as to the race-baiters and demagogues whose divisiveness has set race relations back decades.

The very concept that Americans who never bore any responsibility for slavery (and in many cases whose families were still in Europe at the time) would be forced to pay money to those who weren’t even born when it was practiced in this country.

It’s just another socialist redistribution of wealth scheme but with the added component of race and in these twisted times of fake news, hate crime hoaxes and propaganda, cynical candidates are looking to promote this obscene and anti-American scam in order to advance their own political careers.

One of them is Elizabeth Warren who is now calling for reparations for blacks but ironically, not to Native Americans and another is the shameless Kamala Harris who was quick to call the now exposed Jussie Smollett hate hoax as a “lynching” and has yet to apologize.

From the very first day of the 2020 presidential race, when Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts blamed “generations of discrimination” for black families earning far less than white households, Democratic hopefuls have broadly emphasized racial justice and closing the wealth gap in their policy platforms.

But in recent weeks, some candidates have started embracing specific goals and overtly race-conscious legislation that even the most left-wing elected officials stayed away from in recent years.

Last week, on the popular radio show “The Breakfast Club,” Senator Kamala Harris of California agreed with a host’s suggestion that government reparations for black Americans were necessary to address the legacies of slavery and discrimination. Ms. Harris later affirmed that support in a statement to The New York Times.

“We have to be honest that people in this country do not start from the same place or have access to the same opportunities,” she said. “I’m serious about taking an approach that would change policies and structures and make real investments in black communities.”

Ms. Warren also said she supported reparations for black Americans impacted by slavery — a policy that experts say could cost several trillion dollars, and one that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and many top Democrats have not supported.

In essence, the message of reparations is a Trojan horse for the big lie that America is an oppressor built on white supremacy, a concept that has gained increasing acceptance now that the lunatics have commandeered the asylum in the Democratic party.

As the Democrats continue to pander to black voters and useful idiot millennials with divisive garbage like this, the more that it becomes clear that they are the true racist party that has no room for white working-class Americans in its circus tent.

Some would argue that they have never escaped their racist past when the party was a haven for the Ku Klux Klan, abhorred the concept of civil rights and once were supporters of slavery. They have just repackaged all of that hate and are now selling it to another demographic.
