In a stunning blow to the racist SJW left, a grand jury has hammered hate crime hoaxer Jussie Smollett with sixteen felony counts that could put the actor in prison for years.
The star of Fox’s hip hop entertainment series “Empire” who is a rabid Trump hating bigot was tripped up by inconsistencies in his account of being attacked and beaten by two Trump supporters in red MAGA hats early on a freezing morning outside his Chicago apartment.
Smollett also claimed that they shouted gay slurs at him, poured bleach on him and left a rope around his neck. The media once again rushed to judgment and the two black identity extremist Dem presidential candidates – Kamala Harris and Cory Booker – both condemned the incident as a lynching.
But the police were skeptical after Smollett refused to turn over his cellphone and the story began to take on a very fishy odor. The big break in the case came when the Chicago PD tracked down the two Nigerian brothers who cracked under pressure and confessed to being paid by Smollett to participate in the “attack” – they were even caught on surveillance video purchasing the red hats and rope.
Smollet was then arrested but quickly made bail and hired a high-powered lawyer which he is going to need now that the grand jury has completed deliberations.

Via The Associated Press, “Smollett indicted on 16 counts stemming from reported attack”:
A grand jury in Chicago indicted “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett on 16 felony counts related to making a false report that he was attacked by two men who shouted racial and homophobic slurs.
The Cook County grand jury indictment dated Thursday and made public on Friday gives details of the disorderly conduct charge against Smollett. It elaborates on the allegation that he falsely reported he was attacked on Jan. 29 by two masked men who hurled racial and homophobic slurs at the black and openly gay actor, beat him, threw an unidentified liquid chemical on him and looped a rope tied like a noose around his neck.
The indictment — eight counts from what he told the officer who responded to the report of the attack and eight for what he later told a detective — comes a little more than two weeks after prosecutors announced one felony count of the same charge.
Chicago police initially investigated the incident as a possible hate crime but later said Smollett staged the attack, recruiting two brothers to carry it out, because he was unhappy with his pay on the Fox show.
An attorney for Smollett, Mark Geragos, called the indictment “prosecutorial overkill.” He said Smollett “adamantly maintains his innocence.”
Just guess what the defense strategy is going to be…
Celebrity defense attorney Mark Gergagos will not bother with the courts for his famous client but will rather try the case in the media and found a receptive accomplice in CNN’s Anderson “#PooperScooper” Cooper.

According to Geragos:
“What is happening here is frankly a media gangbang of this guy of unprecedented proportions. And that’s the reason I got into this. I’ve never seen a media pendulum swing more quickly and viciously and rob somebody of their presumption of innocence like this case. It’s startling the way people assume that he’s guilty. He hasn’t been given one stitch of discovery. There isn’t one police report. Your package just said he paid $3,500. I’ve got the texts. Those texts––and they conceded that the check and the texts were for training. It wasn’t to pay anything! So I don’t understand how it comes from.”
Smollett is still likely to face federal charges as well but by early indications, this trial is going to be an epic shitshow just like the one for Geragos’ most famous client, pedophile Michael Jackson.
As for gangbang? If Smollett isn’t able to stay out of prison, it’s going to be a regular part of his daily routine.
