Hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett may have been given a free pass by corrupt Chicago officials for his orchestration of a hate hoax that he blamed on Trump supporters but his legal problems are far from over.
Smollett who stars in CBS’s hip-hop dynasty series “Empire” claimed that he was attacked by two men in red MAGA hats on a bite-ass cold January morning and that the alleged attackers hurled gay and racial slurs at the actor as well as beat him up, poured bleach on him and tied a rope around his neck.
But the Chicago PD quickly smelled a rat when none of the area’s numerous security cameras captured the “attack” and Smollett refused to turn over his cellphone as evidence. Then a big break came when police detained two Nigerian brothers who cracked and confessed that they were paid by the entitled celeb to stage the entire thing.
As all rich celebrities would do, Smollett quickly lawyered up and following his being indicted on sixteen felony counts by a grand jury, his family and political friends (possibly even Michelle Obama) intervened to sway jackleg crooked prosecutor Kim Foxx to drop the charges.
This infuriated police and put an exclamation point on how big of a joke that Chicago has become and that was BEFORE the residents elected a black lesbian mayor with no qualifications to replace Rahm Emmanuel.
Now the Osundairo brothers are suing Smollett for defamation in connection with the botched hoax.

The two Nigerian brothers connected to “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett’s alleged fake hate crime claimed in a lawsuit filed Tuesday that the actor organized every aspect of the attack, which was designed to help him cultivate an image as a successful gay, black actor.
“Mr. Smollett’s motivation was simple. He wanted his employer and the public to notice and appreciate him as a successful Black, openly gay actor,” Ola and Abel Osundairo said in a defamation lawsuit filed in federal court against Smollett’s legal team.
The Osundairo brothers said Smollett, who isn’t a party in their lawsuit, “directed every aspect of the attack, including the location and the noose.”
The lawsuit claims that two of Smollett’s attorneys, Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian, defamed the brothers for maintaining in media appearances that they had perpetrated the attack despite the evidence showing it was “a hoax entirely conceived and directed by” Smollett.
Smollett also faces a lawsuit from the city of Chicago seeking to recoup the costs of resources wasted during the investigation.
