Those poor democrats invested everything into framing Donald Trump for colluding with the Russians and now that their rigged investigation has destroyed that narrative, they have very little to bitch about. They wouldn’t be democrats if they didn’t have new depths of bullshit to sink to so the outrage du jour has them calling Trump treasonous for speaking with Russian president Vladimir Putin on the phone. I should point out that Trump is the President of the United States and will occasionally contact other world leaders, but democrats barely understand their own authority let alone the duties of the POTUS.
With the Mueller report completely exonerating President Trump of coordinating with the Russians to influence the 2016 election, democrats were digging deep. Trump sent out these tweets and you know how much Trump tweets trigger democrats:

How could anyone be outraged over these tweets? Well…like this. Here’s Wisconsin democrat Rep. Mark Pocan calling the President a traitor:

Really? Who would characterize the President of the United States talking to the president of Russia about issues important to both nations as treason? Oh wait, I know the answer to this one: Hysterical democrats who still can’t accept that they lost the 2016 presidential election fair and square. That’s who.
And peaking of hysterics, here’s Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer with the most insane take ever:

There’s certainly a lot to unpack here. First, Schumer is claiming that Trump being exonerated of colluding with the Russians is a “Fox news conspiracy theory.” The democrats pushed the lie about collusion, stacked the special counsel investigation into collusion with democrats, and have dismissed the findings that Trump did not collude. Fox News reported that the Russian collusion was a hoax and it is. How is that a conspiracy theory?
Next, Schumer says that Trump, who remember is the POTUS, talking to Putin is appalling and undermines democracy. When Obama was president and talked to world leaders including the president of Russia, was it also a vile crime that destroys democracy or is this one of those things that’s only bad when Trump does it? Seriously, what the f*ck does Schumer think Trump’s job is?
Schumer also claims that Russia “hacked” our election which is completely untrue. They are accused of posting silly shit on social media to “sow discord” which is trolling but not hacking. They didn’t hack any voting machines, didn’t change any vote counts, and had absolutely no effect on the 2016 election.
Lastly, Schumer seems to think that Trump spent an hour on the phone with Putin talking about the Mueller report. Obviously I’m not privy to this conversation, but neither is Schumer. Trump said he talked to Putin on a variety of subjects and it’s unlikely they spent more than a moment or two talking about the Mueller report.
Democrats tried to rig the 2016 election and failed. They tried to rig the Russian collusion investigation and it blew up in their faces. At this point most people would take the loss and move on but democrats are particularly deranged and delusional. They are now at a place where they are freaking out and screaming “treason” because the President is doing his job. I guess that makes sense because democrats in Congress don’t do anything close to what they’re supposed to so it flips them the f*ck out to see someone performing his duties.
