David Hogg survived the Parkland, FL school shooting and now claims that he’s survived an additional 7 assassination attempts. What a survivor! The cool thing is that the insufferable anti-gun activist is a liberal media darling and none of them will question this claim at all. Hell, he should just start saying he survived both atomic blasts in Japan. The news will let it go and I bet that would really get the chicks.
Hogg did an interview with The Washington Post, which keeps all of their content behind a paywall. Luckily there’s a million other sources for this information so the WaPo can suck it. Here’s The Hill with a free version of this:
Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg said he has been the target of seven “assassination attempts” in the last year.
The vocal supporter of gun-control legislation detailed his experiences throughout the last 18 months as he went from regular high school student to one of the faces of the school safety movement in an interview with the Washington Post published Tuesday.
And this is my favorite line:
He was not asked for further details about the threats.
Nice journalism you got there, WaPo. If President Trump said he ate 7 Big Macs last month, the WaPo would fact-check the shit out of it and call him a liar and yet Hogg said he’s had 7 attempts on his life and they don’t even blink.
Given how much the liberal media adores this miserable slug, I’d think any assassination attempts on him would be big news. It’d be a major liberal media news item if someone called him a mean name on Twitter, so an actual attempt on his life would be presumably bigger. I generally don’t pay that much attention to him, but I can’t recall 1, let alone 7, assassination attempts on his life in the past year and a half.
“Honestly, I realize that it’s horrible that I have to live through this, and it is traumatizing but you eventually become desensitized to it,” said Hogg of the assassination attempts.
See, that why you never heard about these assassination attempts. Hogg is so he chill he doesn’t let it get to him, which would explain the complete lack of police reports.
Just in case you are thinking about being the #8 attempted assassin, Hogg strongly recommends against it:
Regarding the death threats and assassination attempts, Hogg said that killing him would be “the stupidest thing they could do to try to end the movement.”
“Because that would make it even more successful in the end,” Hogg told the Post. “Because it would invigorate us and create f—ing change.”
So, if he were to be killed, it would invigorate him? I know he doesn’t know shit about guns, but he also appears to have little understanding about life. Death is literally the least invigorating thing there is.
As dumb as Hogg comes off, he is going to Harvard this fall and plans on majoring in something that doesn’t exist.
“I want to go to school and, for lack of a better word, weaponize my knowledge and learn as much as possible to end violence,” Hogg said.
I know that Harvard is a super-liberal school, but even they don’t offer degrees in “violence ending.” He could learn this nonsense on his own and it would be a lot cheaper than going to Harvard, but whatever. Wasting money on an expensive worthless education is hardly the most idiotic thing about this kid.
All of the liberal media attention has gone to Hogg’s head, giving him an inflated sense of self-worth. He obviously wants to be a martyr and thinks he’s so important that killing him would be an assassination. Political leaders are assassinated; punk kids are just whacked.
