Liar, liar pants on fire…
Yet another hate crime hoax has blown up in the face of a Georgia state legislator who falsely accused a man of telling her to go back to where she came from during a supermarket confrontation.
During her fateful trip to a local Publix, Rep. Erica Thomas was guilty of one of those inconsiderable acts that infuriate shoppers from sea to shining sea; she went to the express line with a basketful of groceries and was confronted over it by a “white man.”
In a disgusting display of raw cynicism, Thomas sought to exploit the ginned-up outrage over President Trump’s spat with the four radicals of “The Squad” for political gain, claiming that she “feared for her life” and that she was the victim of “white privilege.”
Her Facebook video's been deleted. Here's the real story…😉 pic.twitter.com/6NYyamcQln

Her tear-soaked Facebook account of the incident may have been a lie but it was quickly weaponized by the social outrage mob.
However, actual video and interviews with store personnel including the manager paint a much different picture – Thomas was lying.
Now she’s in big trouble after surveillance video was released showing that she fabricated the alleged hate crime ala actor Jussie Smollett and according to the store manager, it was Rep. Thomas who told Eric Sparkes to “go back to where he came from.”

The truth about what Georgia Democrat @itsericathomas said to a Cuban man (a Democrat as well) has come out. The official police report contradicts her viral video. She should resign! https://t.co/KQXIPNKjEu pic.twitter.com/zpabWfild6

Via The Daily Wire, “Surveillance Video Of Democrat Who Said She Was Told To ‘Go Back’ By ‘White Man’ Is Released”:
Surveillance footage has been released from the Publix grocery store where Georgia Democratic State Rep. Erica Thomas claimed she was told to “go back” to where she “came from” by a “white man.” The video, however, does not match up with Thomas’ (changing) account of the altercation.
In official statements, social media posts, and media conferences, Thomas claimed she was the victim of a “violent action,” “feared for her life,” and lamented the supposed “white privilege” fueling the attack. The lawmaker tied the alleged incident to President Donald Trump’s “go back” tweets.
“People are getting really out of control with this — with this white privilege stuff,” she said in Facebook video following the incident, sobbing uncontrollably. “I’m at the grocery store … and this white man comes up to me and says, ‘You lazy son of a b****, you need to go back where you came from.[‘] … And it hurt me so bad.”
AND
In the footage, which has no audio, Thomas explodes at the “white man” — a self-described lifelong Democrat of Cuban descent named Eric Sparkes — after he confronts her. Wearing a pink “I Stand With Planned Parenthood” T-shirt, the Georgia lawmaker appears to be yelling and pointing at Sparkes as he walks away.
It’s unclear what Thomas is saying to him, as there is no audio. But according to a witness, the Publix manager, it was Thomas who told Sparkes to “go back” to where he “came from” — not the other way around, as she tearfully alleged in her post.
Here it is — Erica Thomas is in pink in the Planned Parenthood t-shirt. She follows Sparkes after he comes up to point out that she's in the express line and she follows him and appears to be the one yelling at him.

Thomas’s story quickly began to deteriorate when that “white man” who is actually a Cuban Democrat and who showed up during her hastily arranged press conference to defend himself which was not something that she expected.
Eric Sparkes absolutely denies claim that he told politician @itsericathomas to “go back where you came from.” He says the argument started over her using the express lane while having too many items. pic.twitter.com/ZikyJc81vf

After that, things went to hell in a handbasket for yet another disgusting charlatan whose political motivations are contributing to racial discord with 2020 Democrat presidential candidates and the media pouring gasoline on the fire.
The usual suspects were quick to rush to judgment before the facts were in:
My bad. I left out MISOGYNIST. Eric Sparkes is a misogynistic & racist piece of shit IMHO. But he’s obviously Cuban. I mean he looks like he got here from Havana yesterday. I totally believe all the Trumpanzees who say he’s a Democrat b/c they have his voter card as proof?🤣

Then there is Democrat Ted Lieu aka the dumbest motherfucker in Congress who tweeted and then deleted his defense of Thomas.
What? @RepTedLieu deleted this already? Did he post an update? An apology? An explanation? https://t.co/VBwdpC2IUk

Another hate hoax has just bit the dust but unfortunately, the ones who are suffering by the recent plague of such accounts are those who are legitimate victims of hate and racism who thanks to the likes of Erica Thomas, will be viewed with increasing skepticism.
