Body Cam Theater! Today’s Episode: “This Was the Reason They Called Him ‘Spazz”

Black Lives Matter are up in arms about this one. You’ve probably heard about it, its’ all over the MSM because they view it as an opportunity to support their false narrative of law enforcement officers committing genocide against innocent black youths. Today’s episode involves the recent shooting death in Colorado Springs of one Devon Malik Bailey (aka ‘Spazz’) after he made a very poor decision, spazzed out, and ran from the police after being stopped along with his thug cousin Lawrence Stoker for suspicion of armed robbery.

The carcass formerly known as Spazz.

The media is painting this as a clear-cut instance of a wrongful shooting because the cops shot this moron in the back. I, on the other hand, am not so ready to jump to that conclusion. Here’s what happened and why I dissent from the MSM’s conclusions.

This all started on August 3rd after police got a 911 call at 6:45pm from someone who claimed to be a victim of an armed robbery. The caller stated:

“The victim reported that he’d been approached by two African-American males, and one was holding a gun that he described as a Glock 23. One asked, “What’s in your pockets?” When the victim responded “nothing,” he said one of the assailants started hitting him and he fell to the ground. The men took the victim’s wallet and some money.

The victim described the suspects and said, “I kind of have history with them, so I know where they live.” He described them as two black males. One was skinny with a mustache and a light afro and went by the nickname “Spazz.”

The victim told the dispatcher the second suspect’s name was Lawrence and he was “kind of overweight.” He said both claimed to have guns but only “Spazz” showed a weapon during the robbery.

It turns out that pretty much everything in this caller’s description was true. He even knew them by name. So the cops stopped the right individuals for questioning. And Bailey’s response to one of the officer’s questions raises another red flag.

Officer Vantland: Alright. So, we got a contact that, uh – Keep your hands out of your pockets . . . Um . . . Possible assault that occured.

Spazz: Um, I didn’t touch him.

Me: That’s interesting. I don’t recall the officer stating whether or not the victim was male or female, so why is he so sure the victim was male? Why would Spazz say that? Is it perhaps because he’s a lying thug? I think so.
Anyway, as you are about to see, during this polite questioning of Spazz and his cousin, Spazz makes the fateful decision, as so many other thugs have before him, to flee. Here we go, and yes, there will be blood!

Skip to 21:11 to see the start of the action.

And so Spazz bleeds out from bullet wounds that “perforated his heart, left lung, diaphragm, and penetrated the spleen” while his gun remains stuck in his pants sticking out between his legs like a horse’s penis.

But now that you’ve seen it, here’s an important fact. As Spazz runs away, look at him grabbing at his waistband.

This is important because Colorado’s “Deadly Force” Laws state. . .

“Colorado statute 18-1-707 (1) (I) says police are justified to use deadly force on a person if he or she, “has committed or attempted to commit a felony involving the use or threatened use of a deadly weapon.”

Colorado statute 18-1-707 (1)(a) says it is justified if it is “to effect an arrest or to prevent the escape from custody of an arrested person…”

Shot in the back or not, under these statutes, I’m calling this justified. Yes, I know that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, the alleged victim of the robbery identified his two attackers perfectly, even providing their names. He stated that both claimed to be armed and that he indeed saw Spazz’s weapon. So the officers had to act as if Spazz was armed. And as Spazz fled, was he merely scratching at his crotch due to a bad case of the crabs? No, he was clearly grabbing for the gun in his waistband. Whether the officers ever saw the weapon or not is irrelevant. They had to respond as if it was there . . . and sure as shit, it was.

We’ll see how the district attorney interprets all this, but I’m calling it righteous.

Oh, I forgot to mention this. Spazz was also facing “charges related to sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.” So he was probably a damned pedophile too. Good fucking riddance, and good luck to the officers involved. Justice was served.
