Rashida Tlaib Calls For Boycott Of Bill Maher After Host Calls Out Anti-Semitic Hate Group

The rats are eating each other.

Despite all of his loathsome cultural elitist smarminess, Bill Maher is like the proverbial broken clock that is right twice a day and the popular comic really struck a nerve this week.

During Friday’s edition of HBO’s “Real Time With Bill Maher,” the host defied the cadre of extremist freshman congresswoman known as The Squad by unloading on the embrace of the anti-Israel BDS movement by the most visible members of the new Democratic party.

Maher took a minute out from calling for a recession because he hates President Trump to focus on his ire for what he called the “bullsh*t purity test” that has led to the party’s slide into open bigotry.

With tensions mounting on the left as frustration builds over Dems who in their quest for diversity, have rolled out the red carpet for bigots and anti-Semites, Maher dared to pick a fight with progressives whose views on Israel align closely with those of white supremacists and neo-Nazis.

Maher let it rip:

According to the host:

It’s a bullsh*t purity test, BDS is a bulls**t purity test by people who want to appear ‘woke’ but actually slept through history class.

“I think it’s very shallow thinking that the Jews in Israel are mostly white and Palestinians are mostly brown, so they must be innocent and correct and the Jews must be wrong, as if the occupation came right out of the blue, that this ‘completely peaceful people’ found themselves occupied. Forget about the intifadas and the suicide bombings and the rockets and how many wars.”

“Let me read Omar Omar Barghouti who is one of the co-founders of the movement. His quote, “No Palestinian — rational Palestinian, not a sellout Palestinian — will ever accept a Jewish state in Palestine.”

“So that’s where that comes from, this movement. Someone who doesn’t even want a Jewish state at all, Somehow this side never gets represented in the American media. It’s very odd.”

This quickly triggered the anti-Semites including Rashida Tlaib who clapped back and called for a boycott of Maher.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) late Saturday suggested that viewers should boycott comedian Bill Maher’s late-night HBO show over his vehement criticism of the international movement to boycott Israel.

Tlaib, who was denied entry to Israel last week over her support of the movement, said that she was “tired of folks discrediting a form of speech that is centered on equality and freedom.”

“This is exactly how they tried to discredit & stop the boycott to stand up against the apartheid in S. Africa,” Tlaib added. “It didn’t work then and it won’t now.”

The comments from Tlaib came just days after Israel abruptly announced that it would bar Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) from entering the country during their upcoming trip overseas.

Maher also seemed sympathetic to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who last week, barred Tlaib and Omar from entering the country given their open hostility toward the Jewish state.

There is nothing quite as ominous for the future of the Democratic party than seeing the rats starting to eat each other.

There may yet come a day when Nancy Pelosi and party leaders wake up to the ugly truth that their embrace of the four extremist freshmen and their fellow travelers  has been akin to the willful ingesting of a slow-acting poison.
