Jennifer Rubin is conservative like I’m a professional opera singer/astronaut and that is to say she isn’t. The Washington Post promotes her as their “conservative” columnist, but she is more far-left than an intersectional vegan Antifa Bernie Sanders rally. To prove her conservative credentials, she said that the entire Republican Party must be burned down and then all survivors killed. Wow, so conservative, huh?
Rubin was on MSNBC with Joy Reid, which is the least likely thing someone who is actually conservative would do. She started out by talking about the time former White House press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was denied service at a Virginia restaurant for being part of the Trump administration.
“What we should be doing is shunning these people. Shunning, shaming these people is a statement of moral indignation that these people are not fit for polite society,” said Rubin of Trump supporters.
But it’s not just accosting Trump supporters in public that Rubin wants to do, she also would like to see every last Republican wiped off the face of the planet.
“It’s not only that Trump has to lose, but that all his enablers have to lose. We have to collectively, in essence, burn down the Republican Party. We have to level them because if there are survivors — if there are people who weather this storm, they will do it again,” Rubin said.
Do what again? Jump-start the economy, put a record number of people back to work, and make the country safer? Yeah, those Trump enables are the worst, aren’t they?
Seriously, how is this hateful leftist kook a conservative? She’s not even conservative by Washington Post standards, for the simple reason that I can’t think of too many other WaPo writers who are actively calling for genocide on half the country. They may think it, but they don’t go on AM Joy and say it out loud.
And that’s what Rubin is calling for: a holocaust. The word “holocaust” means “destruction or slaughter on a mass scale, especially caused by fire.” She wants to burn down the entire Republican Party and anyone who supports President Trump, so that’s around half the country.
Hillary Clinton only called half the country racist “deplorables”so Rubin is even more extreme in calling for their deaths. Again, being further left then Hillary doesn’t scream “conservative.”
Rubin constantly says that “we” need to do these things. That “we” need to harass Trump supporters in public. That “we” need to kill all Republicans by fire. Who exactly does she think is behind her on these violent threats? Republicans? Conservatives? Trump supporters?
To further cement her place as a hardcore conservative, Rubin also insisted that the American people want a bigger federal government and less freedom in their lives.
“This has become a dysfunctional anti-government party,” Rubin said of the GOP, adding, “That is not what the country wants and what it needs.”
Conservatives believe in fiscal responsibility, limited government, and Constitutionally guaranteed freedom. Jennifer Rubin believes in irresponsible socialist programs, big government, and both gun control and silencing opposing views. She is not a conservative.
Also, conservatives don’t threaten to kill everyone who has a different opinion but Jennifer Rubin wants to wipe out half the country she disagrees with.
