I know, it’s shocking, right? Al Sharpton has accused a group of people of racism, but this time around there is a twist: according to the veteran race-hustler it is the young progressive democrats who are the racists, not the older democrats who actually participated in segregation and white supremacy. Sharpton even accused the younger 2020 democratic presidential candidates of being “slave masters.” I wonder how Cory Booker and Kamala Harris will respond.
Sharpton won some kind of an award at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Phoenix Awards over the weekend and gave one hell of an unhinged acceptance speech.
“We are fighting today though the worst form of racism and bigotry that we’ve seen since the 1800s,” said Sharpton.
Really? So racism today is worse than it was in the post-Civil War South when democrats oppressed, segregated, and killed black people? Does this guy know how to hustle, or what?
Sharpton then called President Trump a “Northern bigot” and accused Republicans of trying to steal the 2020 presidential election.
“They’re planning to hack, planning to use traumas. They’re planning to use folk that look like us to suppress our vote,” Sharpton said.
They’re planning to use traumas? Those rascally Republicans.
I would like to mention that Sharpton is pointing his racism finger in many directions, except at himself even though he just suggested that some black people don’t qualify as “real” black people because they are conservative. That’s seems a bit racist, doesn’t it?
“This is not just another election, this is where America is at the crossroads and we must make a decision that they brought us here in 1619, and like the Israelites, we’ve wandered 400 years, 400 years now we’ve crossed the Red Sea with Obama, it’s time to go across the Jordan River to the promised land and stop this backbiting and infighting and jealousy, and come together and win this battle once and for all,” said Sharpton.
Last time I checked, Moses didn’t abandon his people to live in a $12 million dollar beach-front mansion in Martha’s Vineyard like Obama did.
“Let me warn the caucus that there is an epidemic that has broken out in certain parts of Black America called negro amnesia,” Sharpton said.
Is “negro amnesia” that thing where a black guy plumb forgets to pay his taxes or can’t remember how to spell “R-E-S-P-E-C-T”? Sharpton didn’t say, probably because he forgot.
And as it turns out, Sharpton is straight-up sick of people who know things:
“There’s no more time for analytical dissertation. Stop impressing us with what you know. It’s time for what we do,” yelled Sharpton.
Finally, Sharpton accused all of the younger progressive democrats of being the worst racists of all:
“Quit pitting the old against the young, in Africa we went to the elders, we didn’t tell the elders that was old school — I would take our older seniors that know the way better than anybody that’s imposed on us by new liberals who are progressive on everything but race. We’re not looking for better slave masters, we’re looking to be free,” finished Sharpton
There you have it: the elder democrats running for president are non-racist, while the younger ones are “slave masters” including the black candidates. I think this is very obviously an endorsement for Joe Biden, which can only mean Crazy Joe has committed the most financial support for Sharpton and his National Action Network.
What makes this the most race-hustling thing ever is that Joe Biden has an actual public record of racism, both supporting segregation and dropping racial slurs. It just goes to show you that a person’s level of racism is tied directly to how much or little money he or she gives to Reverend Al Sharpton.
