There are legitimate reasons for killing someone. If you’re a soldier in combat, or if your life is being threatened would be a couple of examples. But to kill a man because you asked him for a dollar and he refused to hand it over? Not cool, but that’s what two black thuglets did to a 59-year-old white man last Friday. And of course, no hate crime charge is being sought.
Teenage Brothers Fatally Attacked Man Who Refused to Give Them Money, Maryland Authorities Say
Two teenage brothers fatally attacked a man at an agricultural fair in Maryland after he refused to give them money, authorities said.
John Weed, 59, of Mount Airy was at the Great Frederick Fair Friday evening when the 15-year-old and 16-year-old approached him, authorities said. Several minutes after he declined to give them $1, the 15-year-old knocked him unconscious, prosecutors said.
“I think it’s despicable, and it tells me a lot about how these young people view this person by the very fact after they had him on the ground they taunted and they spit on him,” Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins said. “That to me shows hatred and disgust and despise.”
It is despicable and I know the sheriff can’t say it, but I can. These “young people” are not people at all. They are feral animals pure and simple and need to be put down as such. Not even that. That’s too humane. They need a death that involves a lot more suffering. And just to clarify, I’m not being racist. I’d call white kids who did this feral animals as well. Now watch the video and tell me I’m wrong.
Medics flew him to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. He died there Saturday, the sheriff’s office said.
The 15-year-old boy was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, the sheriff’s office said. His 16-year-old brother was charged with second-degree assault. They are charged as juveniles but the prosecutor may ask that they be tried as adults.

“There’s plenty of times where good people make bad decisions, but when they result in somebody’s death, you get punished,” Frederick County State’s Attorney Charlie Smith said.
While I agree with what Smith says after this statement, he needs to shut the hell up about the one above. These were not good people. Good people don’t make decisions like sucker punching someone over a dollar.
“They made an adult decision by doing what they did and ended up with a man losing his life, the sister losing a brother, whatever,” Jenkins said. “They deserve the maximum penalty.”
They should fry.
Their father pleaded with a judge Monday that his sons are just kids who made a big mistake and should be detained at home, but the judge ruled they remain in custody.
Yeah, right. Let ’em stay at home with dear old dad who seems to have done such a bang up job of raising them so far. Great idea. I’m SO glad that didn’t happen.

“The Great Frederick Fair’s number one priority is the safety and security of our guests. To dispel rumors of the events of last night, while there was an assault, there was NO shooting and NO stabbing. The team of security and law enforcement was able to respond rapidly to control and contain the incident. The investigation into this incident remains active and any further information regarding the assault will be released from the Sheriff’s Office.”
Way to cover your ass. Oh, thank God no one was stabbed or shot! No, the only thing that happened was that a man was beaten to death and spat upon while he lay dying on the pavement. But hey, no shootings or stabbings! The Great Frederick Fair is still a lovely place to take your family!
And again, where’s the hate crime in all this? Oh yeah. Only whites get charged with that.
