Questions Aplenty After Sudden Death Of Rep. Elijah Cummings

The so-called resistance is in mourning following the loss of one of their greatest heroes in Rep. Elijah Cummings who was quite possibly the meanest man in Congress.

The now-former chairman of the House Oversight Committee conducted a McCarthyist reign of terror since Dems recaptured the House last November and served as one of Nancy Pelosi’s top impeachment commissars until his surprise death on Thursday.

Cummings will receive tear-choked tributes from the corrupt media and the anti-American insurgency that is engaged in an ongoing coup against President Trump as his body lies in state at the U.S Capitol rotunda but controversy has followed the man to his grave.

With the narrative having been established that Cummings worked right up until the day that he passed away, questions have arisen about the signatures on subpoenas that were authorized by him that are significantly different enough to lead some to suspect that they may be forgeries.

According to CNN:

In one of his last official acts before his death, the late House Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings signed two subpoenas for documents related to a temporary end to a policy change that allowed some immigrants with severe health issues to remain in the US.

Hours before his passing, staffers drove the subpoenas to Baltimore for Cummings’ signature, said a Democratic committee aide.

“Chairman Cummings felt so strongly about the children, that he was going to fight until the end,” said the aide.

And yet the signatures from his “death bed” subpoenas are clearly different from those from prior to his taking ill and dying.

Now that Cummings has gone on to his great reward, who will take over his duties as chairman of the powerful Oversight Committee?

It isn’t likely to be Democrat Katie Hill, the vice-chair who finds herself embroiled in a serious scandal involving lesbian sex, an ugly divorce and a huge ethics problem after intimate texts and photos emerged of her torrid affair with a female subordinate.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for Pelosi to exercise any disciplinary action against Rep. Hill – there is an impeachment to get on with and time is running short to take Trump out in time for 2020.

As for Cummings, it is peculiar that a congresswoman from a rat-infested district where a portion of his constituents lived in fear and squalor would merit such an honor as having his casket displayed at the Capitol but these are strange days for the republic.

If the signatures on the subpoenas really are forgeries, it would amount to a massive scandal much like the Pelosi-Schiff Soviet-style “impeachment inquiry” but don’t expect to see it on CNN or read about in the New York Times or Washington Post.

All mainstream media propaganda organs will be overflowing with so many tributes to Cummings that it will be difficult to find airtime for their conspiracy theories and other fake news.
