Anyone who thinks President Trump made a mistake by pulling U.S. troops out of Syria should watch this video. As our soldiers were withdrawing, a bunch of Kurds threw garbage at them while screaming obscenities. It’s unlikely that this is a Kurdish gesture that means “Thank you for putting your lives on the line to protect our sorry assess” so presumably this was an act of hostility and ingratitude.

On Monday, a U.S. convoy was passing down an avenue in the Kurdish-dominated city of Qamishli, apparently on the way out of Syria, when it caught the brunt of residents’ anger and frustration at the American military that was once their closest ally and was now abandoning them.
The crowd hurled potatoes that thudded on the sides of the hulking U.S. armored vehicles. “What happened to Americans?” one man shouted in English up at the sole U.S. soldier visible on the back of a vehicle. The soldier stared silently straight ahead, away from the show of fury.
“Like rats, America is running away,” one man shouted in Arabic at the vehicles…
But that’s not all these savages were yelling. One of them, who looks like a Kurdish gangsta rapper, screamed “I will f*ck Turkish. F*ck American.”
Others shouted “no America” and “America liar.”
Kudos to the U.S. soldiers who resisted the urge to light the crowd up with those mounted machine guns.
It’s hard to feel bad for these people when this is their reaction to the U.S. military completing their mission. Like President Trump said, we were never going to stay in Syria indefinitely. We came to kick the crap out of ISIS and now that we’ve done that, it’s time to move on.
The other thing that nobody is talking about here is that Kurds are actually terrorists who regularly attack Turkey. Think about that for a second. Turkey is a U.S. ally and our presence in Northern Syria protected a terrorist organization who was attacking our friend. It makes absolutely no sense to provide security to the enemy or our ally no matter how much democrats kick and scream.
The situation was that Kurds could launch attacks against Turkey, but Turkey couldn’t retaliate or defend themselves because our guys were sitting in the buffer zone. The Kurds picked a fight and now they’ll have to deal with consequences of that. It’s not our place to protect terrorists from our allies.
Kurds throwing garbage at American troops and cussing them out shows who these people really are and what they are about. They were never friends of the U.S., just parasites leaching off of our power.
The U.S. troop withdrawal also shows who the democrats are and what they are about. They never wanted boots on the ground in Syria to fight ISIS and they condemned President Trump as a warmonger for sending American soldiers. They constantly slammed the President for not pulling U.S. troops out, right up until he pulled U.S. troops out and then all of a sudden he was contributing to the genocide of the Kurdish people.
