Q: How do you keep a democrat from exploiting a mass shooting to push unconstitutional gun control? A: Show that the shooter was a Muslim terrorist and not a white supremacist. This sounds like a joke, but it’s deadly serious. Democrats pounce on any mass shooting if the killer is a white man, but the second a shooter is Muslim, suddenly they want to talk about anything but gun control. On Friday a radical Islamic terrorist killed 3 U.S. sailors at a naval base in Pensacola and none of the hysterical democrats have uttered a peep about the killing being “proof” we need tougher gun laws.
When Saudi national Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani opened fire at NAS Pensacola on Friday, it was not a random spree killing or “workplace violence” it was an act of terror. The Muslim killer had a deep hatred for the United States and planned to strike a blow for his radical Islamic faith.
How do we know this was an act of terrorism? Well…
CBS News reports Alshamrani tweeted out a threat hours before the killing:
According to the Middle East Media Research Institute, a nonprofit based in Washington, D.C., someone matching Alshamrani’s identity had an extensive online footprint.
In a Twitter post, the writer says, “O American people, I’m not against you for being American, I don’t hate you because your freedoms, I hate you because every day you supporting, funding and committing crimes not only against Muslims but also humanity.”
Fox News reports that Alshamrani threw a “kill the great Satan” party days before the shooting:
The Saudi national who killed three people Friday morning after opening fire in a classroom at a naval air station in Florida reportedly hosted a dinner party earlier this week where he and several others watched videos of mass shootings, a U.S. official said Saturday.
While the FBI has declined to name the suspect or elaborate on a possible motive, a U.S. official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told The Associated Press that federal investigators told him Alshamrani hosted a dinner party earlier in the week where he and three others watch videos of mass shootings.
And Alshamrani scouted other possible terror targets in the weeks before the shooting:
In the weeks leading up to the shooting, Alshamrani and the same three other Saudi military trainees made a visit to New York City, where they went to several museums and Rockefeller Center, a person briefed on the investigation [said].

The official who spoke Saturday to The Associated Press said one of the three students who attended the dinner party hosted by the attacker recorded video outside the classroom building while the shooting was taking place on Friday. Two other Saudi students watched from a car, the official said.
If the shooter had been a white man, democrats would be screaming for gun control and condemning the shooting as an “act of domestic terrorism.” When it’s a genuine act of terrorism, they got nothing to say because shooter is Muslim and they have a narrative that Islam is the religion of peace.” They also believe that it’s racist to draw attention to acts of terrorism committed by these bringers of peace.
An extensive search of Twitter timelines belonging to anti-gun democratic lawmakers like Sen. Chris Murphy, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, and Rep. Eric Swalwell turned up no tweets exploiting the shooting to push gun control or condemning radical Muslim terrorism. Proving that they are shit people, democrats only think shootings are tragic when white men commit them.
