Democrats may have delivered a Christmas present to their motley army of resistance malcontents but impeachment will be the gift that keeps on giving.
That is if the House Of Pelosi gets their way because impeachment is going to become a permanent and ongoing fixture of these power-abusing scoundrels until the day when they are booted out of office.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s command performance during the impeachment spectacle which was followed up by her attempted extortion of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell by sitting on the articles is just a warm-up.
Because regardless of the results in the GOP-controlled Senate, Democrats have zero intention of dialing down their Soviet-style investigations.

Lawyers for the House told a federal court on Monday that lawmakers will continue their impeachment investigation even after the House votes later this week to impeach President Donald Trump.
In a filing to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, House General Counsel Douglas Letter argued that the House’s demands for grand jury materials connected to former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation were still urgent because such evidence might become relevant to the Senate’s expected impeachment trial next month.
But Letter went further to note that even apart from the Senate trial, the House Judiciary Committee intends to continue its impeachment investigation arising from the Mueller probe on its own merit. That investigation began earlier this year.
“The committee has continued and will continue [its impeachment] investigations consistent with its own prior statements respecting their importance and purposes,” Letter wrote in a filing Monday as part of the House’s bid to obtain Mueller’s grand jury evidence.
Even though the disgraceful witch hunt of former special counsel Robert Mueller and his partisan political hit squad failed to substantiate the hoax that President Trump was a secret Kremlin sleeper agent, it will still serve as a key in the Dems’ war on the POTUS and all of those who voted for him.
The ongoing efforts to bolster Mueller’s failed investigation would yield a treasure trove of taxpayer-funded opposition research to go after Trump with and would continue to fuel the hatred of the rabid resistance going into 2020.
Some Democrats like California’s Karen Bass have even vowed to impeach him again if he wins reelection next year.
For America, the nightmare continues and will not end until the rogue political party has been decisively and permanently removed from power.
