Monday the democratic caucuses in Iowa was a catastrophe and the party ended up with a commie and a gay guy as their frontrunners. Tuesday President Trump’s SOTU address annihilated democrats and Nancy Pelosi embarrassed herself in front of the whole world. Wednesday the democrats’ sham impeachment came crashing down when the President was overwhelmingly acquitted by the Senate. At this rate by Thursday everyone in the democratic party is going to come down with ass herpes, which I’m sure they will blame on Trump.

The Senate overwhelmingly acquitted President Trump on both articles of impeachment against him Wednesday afternoon following a brief trial, in a historic rejection of Democrats’ claims that the president’s Ukraine dealings and handling of congressional subpoenas merited his immediate removal from office.
By a final vote of 52-48 against conviction on the abuse of power charge and 53-47 on the obstruction charge, the Senate fell far short of the two-thirds majority needed to convict and remove the president. Swing-vote Republican senators — including Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, and Lamar Alexander of Tennessee — voted to acquit on both counts.
And for the most part this was strict part-line voting:
All Democratic senators supported convicting the president of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, including swing-vote moderate Sens. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz., and Doug Jones, D-Ala.
The only party defection was on the abuse of power charge from Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, who declared hours before the final vote that Trump had engaged in as “destructive an attack on the oath of office and our Constitution as I can imagine.” Romney voted not guilty on the obstruction charge.
F*ck this guy. I never forgave Romney for running such a weak campaign in 2012 and cursing us with 4 more years of Obama. Now this? Why doesn’t he just go ahead and defect to the democratic party because no one likes him on this side? Just because Jeff Flake and John McCain are gone doesn’t mean we need a token RINO.
After taking one on the chin (nuts) for this baseless partisan impeachment effort, democrats have learned exactly nothing. This is no bullshit, the House democrats are considering going back to the drawing board and trying for another impeachment. Check out what Fat Jerry is cooking up:
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., warned Wednesday that investigations into President Trump’s dealings with Ukraine may not end after the Senate’s afternoon vote in the impeachment trial, and that he may issue a subpoena for former national security adviser John Bolton.
When asked if it was likely that his committee or others would subpoena Bolton, Nadler said, “Yeah,” and indicated that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has given approval.
Take the “L.” Russian collusion failed. Ukraine quid pro quo failed. How many times do these idiots have to get beat before they stop trying to overthrow the duly elected President too the United States? And when will it dawn on them that this garbage is only making Trump stronger and more likely to get reelected?
This impeachment has failed on so many levels. Trump’s approval rating is the highest in his presidency. The Republican Party is more favorable now than at any point in the past 4 years. Democrats have revealed themselves to the American people as a group of butthurt losers who can’t win an election fair and square. The only good thing to come out of this for democrats is that come November many of them will have a lot more spare time when they are thrown out of office.
