Bloomberg Blames His Racism On Trump And Giuliani

Yesterday some audio of billionaire Micheal Bloomberg making some seriously racist comments reemerged so the guy who’s trying to buy the democratic party nomination tried to buy his way out of his own shameful comments. As Mikey explains, he’s not the racist, President Trump is and this is somehow Rudy Giuliani’s fault. How does this make sense? Well, Bloomy is just going to throw money at until it goes away because that’s how it works when you’re a horrible wealthy liberal.

As Mayor of NYC, Michael Bloomberg implemented a “stop and frisk” policy in which cops would stop random black and Hispanic people and search them for drugs and weapons. On top of being incredibly unconstitutional, many people say it as very racist. Bloomberg has been trying to sweep this under the rug but some comments he made back in 2015 came back to kick him in the ass. In essence, Bloomberg defended stop and frisk by saying that minorities are responsible for all crime so it’s sound public safety policy to violate their rights against unlawful search and seizure.

After the public uproar over Bloomberg’s racist comments, he offered this explanation that President Trump is “trying to divide the nation” by going back in time 5 years and making him say racist things.

Plus there’s this:

“I inherited the police practice of stop-and-frisk, and as part of our effort to stop gun violence it was overused. By the time I left office, I cut it back by 95%, but I should’ve done it faster and sooner. I regret that and I have apologized — and I have taken responsibility for taking too long to understand the impact it had on Black and Latino communities,” wrote Bloomberg in a statement.

So he inherited stop and frisk from the previous NYC Mayor? Well, that was Rudy Giuliani, so on top of blaming Trump, he’s going after Rudy. Also, a court ruled that stop-and frisk was unconstitutional near the end of Bloomberg’s final term as mayor and that’s the real reason it stopped, not because Mikey suddenly thought it was wrong.

This next thing was the closet Bloomberg would come to taking any responsibility for words that came out of his mouth:

“But this issue and my comments about it do not reflect my commitment to criminal justice reform and racial equity,” said Bloomberg.

“My own actual words do not reflect my own actual opinions or feelings,” is about as bullshit of a thing a person can try to get away with.

Bloomberg continued this non-explanation/non-apology by going full TDS:

“President Trump inherited a country marching towards greater equality and divided us with racist appeals and hateful rhetoric. The challenge of the moment is clear: we must confront this President and do everything we can to defeat him. The President’s attack on me clearly reflects his fear over the growing strength of my campaign. Make no mistake Mr. President: I am not afraid of you and I will not let you bully me or anyone else in America,” Bloomberg said.

To recap: Fairly recent racist statements from Bloomberg surfaced so he blamed it Rudy Giuliani and said “Trump is the real racist.” That and a some strategically distributed pay-offs should be enough to get the liberal media to look the other way on this one.
