Donald Trump has won both the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primaries but so what, he’s the incumbent running virtually unopposed. Well the thing is, he’s breaking records for voter turnout and this should be the most frightening thing ever for democrats who think they stand a chance at unseating him. Trump supporters, Americans, are excited and motivated to vote for their president while the collection of losers and slugs of the democratic party have people staying at home to see what’s new on Netflix.
Fox News reports:
President Trump didn’t have a serious challenger in the New Hampshire primary, but he still turned out enough voters to more than double former President Barack Obama’s 2012 vote total in the state, indicating that the Republican base is all-in on Trump as he prepares to face the eventual Democratic nominee in a reelection battle this November.
With 87 percent of precincts reporting, Trump secured more than 120,000 votes in the Granite State. In 2012, Obama managed just 49,080 total votes in New Hampshire. The gap between the two presidents is likely to increase as more precincts report their totals Wednesday.
It also dwarfs the total of other incumbent presidents: then-President George W. Bush received 53,962 votes in the largely-uncontested GOP primary in New Hampshire in 2004. And in 1996, incumbent President Bill Clinton received 76,797 votes in New Hampshire’s primary.
Incumbent presidents don’t usually bring out the voters because most people don’t see the point. As you can see, the people are absolutely stoked to cast a ballot, however meaningless, for President Trump. The amount of enthusiasm for Trump is unprecedented. This can only spell doom for the democrats come November.
Trump similarly kicked ass in Iowa, beating previous incumbent totals. Face it, Trump supporters (Americans) want 4 more years.
Combine this news with the fact that democratic party turnout in the first two caucus/primary states was much lower than when Obama was running and there is a need for democrats to panic.
It’s bad enough that the democrats have a handful of unlikeable unelectable ding-dongs vying for the party nomination. It’s worse because there is no enthusiasm for any of their candidates while Trump supporters are turning out in record numbers.
It’s unclear which democratic loser will end up with the nomination, but does it really matter? Loyal democratic voters are looking at the field and thinking, “Ok, there’s the commie, the gay guy, the fake Indian, and the thousand-year-old crazy guy.” Given that choice of losers, many democrats are just going to stay home on election day.
On the other side of things, the democrats failed impeachment/coup effort and three and a half years of baseless attacks have gotten Trump supporters jacked. They want to come out to vote for one of the greatest Presidents this country has ever seen. They want to cast a ballot to counter the liberal hysteria, the fake news bullshit, and the leftist tears. Trump supporters don’t just want to Make America Great Again, they want to make democrats cry again.
