Democrats seriously ramped up their effort to blame Trump for the Chinese coronavirus. Shifty Adam Schiff is claiming that the President has killed 50,000 Americans because the Senate acquitted him in the sham impeachment trial. Much like his fact-free coup attempt, Schiff’s claim that removing Trump from office would have stopped the coronavirus is completely without merit.

Schiff was on MSNBC talking about how, in lieu of an evidence of an impeachable offense, his case to the Senate was based on the amount of damage the democrats said Trump could do if he was not removed from office. That’s a crazy premise, but nothing compared to this insanity:
“We knew we had to answer the question to the Senators, OK essentially House managers, you’ve proved him guilty, does he really need to be removed? After all we have an election in 9 months, how much damage could he really do? And we posed that question to the Senate and we answered it by saying he could do an awful lot of damage,” Schiff said.
And then came this:
“I don’t think we had any idea how much damage he would go on to do in the months ahead. There are 50,000 Americans now who are dead in significant part because of his incompetence, because of his inability to think beyond himself and put the country first,” said Schiff.
There you have it: Adam Schiff is claiming that President Trump has killed 50,000 Americans and that he knew something like this was going to happen so ultimately it’s on Senate Republicans for acquitting him.
Adam Schiff is famous for being full of shit but he’s not very good at it. Let’s take a look at his impossible claim:
President Trump was acquitted by the Senate on February 5. The first recorded coronavirus death was on February 6 in California. It takes about 20 days from infection for a person to die from coronavirus so this disease was in the United States in early January, when China and the W.H.O. were still lying about it.
But Schiff and the democrats were pushing for new witnesses and “evidence” in Trump’s Senate trial which would have dragged it out for at least another month. If the Senate had bowed to democratic bullshit and eventually removed Trump from office, that wouldn’t have happened until early March, when the coronavirus pandemic was in full bloom.
Also, if Trump had been removed, that would have made Mike Pence the POTUS and the current VP is in charge of the coronavirus task force so nothing would have been done differently regarding the virus.
Plus, let’s not forget that in late January, before his acquittal, Trump banned travel from China, a move that Schiff and the democrats called “racist and xenophobic.”
If Trump had been removed from office in Shifty’s sham impeachment/coup attempt, it wouldn’t have made a difference in how the U.S. responded to the coronavirus or the number of infected and dead Americans.
Of course Schiff’s “what if” scenario is deeply flawed because China is responsible for unleashing this plague upon the world and the U.S. Aided by the W.H.O., China lied about the virus and tried to cover it up until it went global.
Blaming Trump for the coronavirus is like impeaching a president for conducting normal foreign policy, which something else Adam Schiff has done. This guy’s bullshit knows no bounds.
