3 days ago chairman of NBC News and MSNBC, Andy Lack, wrote a bitch-piece about how President Trump is mean for calling the liberal media “fake news.” On Thursday, NBC published a story lying that President Trump said he has seen evidence that the coronavirus was created in a lab in Wuhan, China. Will Andy Lack write a follow up piece apologizing to Trump and admit that the President is 100% right in calling NBC and the rest of the liberal media a bunch of liars? That’s unlikely, because fake news would be real news if they told the truth.

President Donald Trump suggested Thursday he has seen evidence that the coronavirus was created in a Wuhan lab, just hours after the Director of National Intelligence said in a statement that the virus was “not manmade or genetically modified.”
“Yes I have,” Trump said when asked by a reporter if he had seen anything that gave him a high degree of confidence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was the origin of the virus.

As you can see, NBC is claiming that President Trump, in opposition to the DNI, saying he’s seen evidence that the coronavirus was “created” in a lab in Wuhan China.

“Yes I have,” replied Trump.
You may have noticed that at no point was Trump asked if he thought the coronavirus was created in a Chinese lab.
Stick with me on this one, NBC: The virology lab in Wuhan was studying the COVID-19 virus that comes from bats found hundreds of miles away from the city. They weren’t careful as they studied this virus, it got out, and the world was hit with this horrible plague. They didn’t create this virus, they just unleashed it.
Trump never says he has seen evidence the coronavirus was “created” in a Whuan lab, just that it originated there.
This is beyond shoddy reporting. NBC, as news chief Andy Lack said, has declared war on president Trump. They are willfully lying about the President to make him look bad. Sadly, the point of this NBC article is to accuse Trump of lying, but they had to lie to make it seem like the President was lying.
NBC furthered this lie by making it seem like President Trump is a crazy conspiracy theorist who is at odds with the Director of National Intelligence. The press release from the office of the DNI says very clearly:
“The IC will continue to rigorously examine emerging information and intelligence to determine whether the outbreak began through contact with infected animals or if it was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan,” reads the DNI press release.
The DNI thinks the coronavirus originated in a Wuhan lab and President Trump thinks the coronavirus originated in a Wuhan lab.
The real headline for this piece of shit NBC article should have been: “President Trump agrees with the Intelligence Community that COVID-19 originated in a Wuhan lab.” NBC went a different way and that’s why they are fake news.
