Is it Trump Derangement Syndrome or just stupidity? Resistance court jester Rob ‘Meathead’ Reiner suffers from TDS due to his blind hatred of the results of free and fair elections but he also might be a dumbass. In his latest effort to knock President Trump down a notch, Reiner has declare Gettysburg a monument to white supremacy. Wait till he finds out which side won that battle. He is going to feel like a moron.
As you know, President Trump’s will not be attending the scaled-down Republican National Convention and will make his acceptance speech for the party nomination at a yet-to-be-disclosed location. Today Trump said he’s narrowed it down:
We have narrowed the Presidential Nomination Acceptance Speech, to be delivered on the final night of the Convention (Thursday), to two locations – The Great Battlefield of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and the White House, Washington, D.C. We will announce the decision soon!

A sure sign a person is suffering from TDS is how hysterical a reaction they have to an innocuous Trump tweet and Reiner gots it bad:

So by giving the speech at Gettysburg, Trump would be reaffirming his devotion to white supremacy? How? The place is famos for two things, neither of which is pro-white supremacy.
The first thing people know Gettysburg for is the Civil War battle in which Union troops soundly defeated Robert E. Lee’s Confederate army. In case Reiner doesn’t know, the Confederates were the ones in favor of slavery, which is another way of saying they were white supremacists. They were also democrats, as long as we’re setting the record straight. The Union victory at Gettysburg broke the back of the Confederacy and was the the effective end of the Civil War and slavery.
The other thing people know Gettysburg for is President Abraham Lincoln’s most famous speech, coincidentally named “The Gettysburg Address.” The theme of this speech was that all Americans will enjoy the freedom and equality promised by the Founding Fathers. Lincoln BTW was a Republican who kicked the Confederates’ asses and took slaves away from the democrats, as long as we’re setting the record straight.
If Trump were looking for a location to celebrate white supremacy, Gettysburg is the last spot on the planet for that. But according to Meathead, it is an actual monument to white supremacy which makes him an idiot.
Reiner isn’t just ignorant of history but also civics. In having a fainting spell over Trump considering the White House as a possible location to deliver his acceptance speech, Reiner says the president would be breaking the law. Which law, Meathead?
I’m assuming he’s talking about The Hatch Act because all liberals think Trump breaks the law every time he speaks. The truth of the matter is that the Hatch Act forbids Executive Branch employees from actively campaigning while preforming official duties inside federal buildings, which is what the left freaks out over. They however only read this first half of the first sentence in the Hatch Act because it also says, “except the president and vice president.”
I know Reiner still hasn’t come to terms with the results of the 2016 election, but Donald Trump is the President of the United States and wouldn’t be breaking any law by making an acceptance speech at the White House.
So was Meathead’s ignorant tweet TDS or stupidity? I think that he had the underlying condition of dumbassness and the TDS has just made thinks worse like a comorbidity. When Trump wins reelection in November, Reiner’s done for. His immune system is already compromised by obesity and the introduction of a second term of TDS infection will wipe him out.
