During their first joint press conference (without questions) as running mates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris said the first thing they would do as prez and veep is mandate that everyone in the country wear masks. Apparently tyranny doesn’t poll well so Harris walked that back with a very obvious lie. It’s unclear if Joe is aware that Kamala has changed his policy, but he’s pretty clueless to all things.
Back on August 13, Joey and Kameltoe stood in front of a bunch of American flags and said if Biden won the presidency, they would force everyone in this country to wear masks.
“Every single American should be wearing a mask when they’re outside for the next three months at a minimum. Every governor should mandate mandatory mask wearing. The estimates by the experts are it will save over 40,000 lives in the next three months if people act responsibly. It’s not about your rights, it’s about your responsibilities as an American,” said Biden.
Harris did an interview on Friday with NBC’s TODAY show and was asked about this unconstitutional mandate:
“You gave a fair amount of your speech to the virus and you talked about the national mask mandate. It sounds like that would be one of your first orders of business,” asked the host.
“Yes,” replied Harris.
“How would you enforce that?” the host asked.
As Biden’s running mate, Harris certainly wasn’t expecting any reasonable questions and it threw her off.
“It’s really, it’s a standard. I mean, nobody’s going to be punished. Come on,” replied Harris.
Joe always says “come on, man” and now Harris is getting close to speaking just like him. In fact, from there she went on a Bidenesque bullshit rant.
“Nobody likes to wear a mask. This is a universal feeling, right? So, so that’s not the point. ‘Hey, let’s enjoy wearing masks. No. The point is this is: What we, as responsible people who love our neighbor, we have to just do that right now. God willing, it won’t be forever. But this is a sacrifice we have to make,” said Harris.
You can tell when Kamala Harris is lying because her lips are moving but you know she’s really being full of shit when she starts laughing for no apparent reason. During that last bit, she was laughing the whole time like there was a joke that only she was in on.
For weeks Joe and Kamala have been saying they will force Americans to wear masks and now Harris claims it won’t be a mandate, but rather a suggestion. Right now the CDC recommends that people wear masks, so how is what Kamala says any different?
The answer is: she’s lying. They did some internal polling and found out that people are turned off by the government forcing them to do things. It doesn’t mean that Biden still won’t impose the mandate, just that they won’t be talking about it in those terms anymore.
And the proof is right there in Kamala’s laughing lie. First she says “it’s a standard. Nobody will punished” and then she explains “we just have to do [it]” and it’s a “sacrifice we all have to make.” That sounds pretty mandatory to me.
President Trump has said that the Biden/Harris ticket is a Trojan Horse to socialism. He’s right about that but their wooden pony is also full of fascism and tyranny they plan to unleash if they make it inside the gates.
