Dems Get Enough COVID-Positive GOP Senators For SCOTUS Nominee Block Attempt

There are no coincidences when it comes to democrats sabotaging President Trump’s agenda. With the confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett slated to begin, 3 Republican Senators have conveniently tested positive for COVID-19, giving democrats, at least temporarily, a chance to block. For the democrats to have any real chance of denying Trump’s latest SCOTUS pick, there would need to be some deaths, but as shitty as they are, they are counting on it.

From the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, there has been a suspicious trend that only Republicans seem to contract the disease. For some reason no prominent democrats have tested positive for the virus, which defies all laws of probability. Again, there are no coincidences when it comes to these leftist scumbags and their dirty tricks.

There have been many attempts to infiltrate the President’s inner circle with COIVID-19 infections and they finally got to President Trump and First Lady Melania last week. But that’s not all, 3 Republican Senators have also tested positive for coronavirus: Mike Lee (R-Utah), Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).

That number of GOP Senators testing positive is not a coincidence either. Republicans hold a 53-47 (45 democrats and 2 Independents who caucus withe the democrats) majority in the U.S. Senate. If 3 Republicans are knocked out because of coronavirus, that becomes a 50-47 majority.

A simple majority is all that is needed to confirm a Supreme Court Justice, but democrats are counting on a few RINO defections from chumps like Mitt Romney (R-Utah), Susan Collins (R-Maine), and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska). They only need two of these traitors for a successful block.

But maybe the plan is to kill the vote before it even happens. Both Mike Lee and Thom Tillis are on the Senate Judiciary Committee, who vote to advance a SCOTUS nominee to a full Senate vote. Republicans control the Judiciary committee 12-10, but with 2 GOP Senators out, that’s a 10-10 tie. It’s hard to imagine that 2 Republicans on the committee getting coronavirus is a matter of pure happenstance.

Am I trying to say the the democrats somehow purposefully infected the President and several Republican Senators to block Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation? You betcha.

Being the minority party in the Senate, democrats lack the ability to stop any Republican judicial nominees legitimately. That doesn’t mean they won’t try. With Brett Kavanaugh, Trump’s last nominee, the democrats concocted a ridiculous rape story that delayed the confirmation for weeks. They can’t exactly get some liberal soy boy to say Barrett sexually assaulted him, so why not get COVID-19 involved?

Like all plans from the democrats, this one is a dud. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the confirmation hearings will go ahead as planned, as reported by Fox News:

The full Senate won’t return to the Capitol until Oct. 19 — two weeks later than planned — after at least three Republicans tested positive for the coronavirus in recent days, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Saturday.

But Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearings for President Trump’s Supreme Court pick, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, will move forward on schedule, he added.

“The Senate’s floor schedule will not interrupt the thorough, fair and historically supported confirmation process. All Republican members of the committee will participate in these important hearings,” said McConnell.

Even if Barrett can’t be confirmed before the election, there’s still plenty of time in November and December to get it done. In a worse case scenario in which President Trump loses and the Democrats win control of the Senate, that still leaves 2 months to get Barrett on the bench. That just leaves democrats as the shitty people they are and a 6-3 conservative SCOTUS majority.
