Joe Biden has been declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election by the liberal media, who don’t have the authority to elect U.S. Presidents. The results of the election have not been certified by the states, the Electoral College hasn’t voted, and Biden certainly hasn’t been sworn in. That is to say, Joe Biden holds no office in the U.S. government at all and yet he is reportedly already negotiating policy with foreign leaders, something that is highly illegal.
Def-Con News just told you how several powerful world leaders have yet to congratulate Joe Biden because they aren’t convinced he actually won the election. That’s no big deal to Joe because it apparently frees up his time to violate the Logan Act by negotiating with foreign leaders on behalf of the United States.

While bragging about all of the stuff that Biden and his team are doing to transition into the White House, Rhodes let this one slip:
“The center of political gravity in this country and the world is shifting to Joe Biden. Foreign leaders are already having phone calls with Joe Biden, talking about the agenda they’re going to pursue,” said Rhodes.
Huge if true. Especially since it’s a clear violation of federal law. Remember, Joe Biden was a Senator and the vice president, but right now he’s just a guy that hangs out in his basement and lets kids rub his hairy legs, which gives him zero authority to pursue agendas with foreign leaders.
Here’s the Logan Act with the bad news for Biden:
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Violating the Logan act is a felony, punishable by 3 year in prison. Joe Biden probably doesn’t have 3 years left on this planet so that’s a life sentence.
If any Joe Schmo private U.S. citizen isn’t allowed to negotiate with foreign governments, who is? Well, the President of the United States, which is currently Donald Trump and definitely not Joe Biden.
If by some miracle Biden’s election theft is allowed to stand and he is certified as the winner of the 2020 election, he’ll have at least 3 impeachable offenses under his belt before he’s even inaugurated. Lucky for him that democrats are going to do something to him before he can be impeached to install Kamal Harris in the White House.
