Over the weekend President Trump said that Joe Biden “won” in the context of a stolen and rigged presidential election. The liberal media interpreted this as Trump finally willing to concede, which is absurd. Joe Biden just admitted that he isn’t the winner of the election and for some reason there are no headlines screaming the he is accepting defeat. It’s weird how that works, huh?
Biden spoke to health care workers on Wednesday and complained that President Trump isn’t walking away from the disputed results of the 2020 election.
“One of the problems we’re having now is the failure of the administration to recognize. The law says that the General Services Administration has a person who recognizes who the winner is, and then they have access to all the data and information the government possesses to be prepared. It doesn’t require there to be an absolute winner. It says the apparent winner,” said Biden.
Well there you go. Biden admitted that he isn’t the “absolute winner” but rather the “apparent winner” of the election. That’s a much different tone from his previous declarations of victory and an admission the he may not actually be the next President of the United States. Where’s the liberal media to pounce on this?
Despite the rare moments of honesty from Biden, he’s still completely full of shit. After granting the liberal media the power to declare election winners, he now wants the GSA to declare him the victor, bypassing the states and the Electoral College. If Trump asked this administration office to declare him the winner, liberals would call him a Nazi dictator. Well, they do that anyways but this would be worse.
GSA Administrator Emily Murphy, is a Trump appointee and she is thankfully resisting Biden’s request to declare him the winner.
In calling for the GSA to declare him the winner, Biden has in another way admitted defeat. 9 days ago, Biden’s people were threatening to sue the GSA if they refused to declare him the winner. CBS reports:
The Biden-Harris transition team is considering pursuing legal action if the head of the federal agency overseeing the mechanics of a transfer of power doesn’t move in the coming days to free up funding and access to agencies.
“We believe that the time has come for the GSA administrator to promptly ascertain Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as president-elect and vice president-elect,” an unidentified Biden-Harris transition official said Monday night on a telephone briefing with reporters.
When asked if the transition team would possibly consider legal action to hasten the mechanics of the transition, the official replied: “There are a number of options on the table, legal action is certainly a possibility, but there are other options as well that we’re considering.”
They threatened to sue if the GSA didn’t declare Biden the winner “in the coming days” and it’s now been 9 days without a lawsuit. That’s the Biden camp admitting they don’t have any legal standing, which is another way of saying that Joe isn’t the absolute or apparent winner of the 2020 election.
We shouldn’t lose any sleep waiting for the liberal media headlines saying that Biden admits defeat, but all of this stuff indicates there is some serious doubt from Joe Biden that he will eventually be moving into the White House basement.
Then again, maybe this is giving Biden too much credit for having a functioning brain. He probably thinks “defeat” are those things at the end of “de legs.”
