The only things of note in Barack Obama’s 8-year reign of uselessness were inactivity, deception, and taking advantage of taxpayer funds for personal use. Some things never change. Lazy old Obama is finally getting around to breaking ground on his presidential library and the “privately funded” venture will only cost taxpayers $175 million. Also, it’s not even a presidential library so he’s still full of crap too.
Here’s some unexciting news from an unremarkable guy:

Let’s get to work? How is he putting this on us? It’s his damn library and he’s been out of the White House for over 4 years, doing nothing. It’s nice to see that he’s still an insufferable narcissistic asshole too.
As Fox News reports, the Obama library, or whatever it is, will cost us plenty:
After years of delays and a federal review, construction on the planned $500 million Obama Presidential Center will begin later this year in Chicago, officials said Wednesday.
The largely privately financed construction is expected to take about four years to complete, with taxpayers expected to pick up the tab for an estimated $174 million in related roadway changes…
And it totally screws over the locals, which would be racist if anyone else attempted it:
The planned project has faced complaints from residents in the city’s South Side neighborhood, who have argued that the facility – to be composed of a public library and other features – would displace some of the area’s Black residents.
Plus it’s not even a presidential library:
The multi-building project, planned for a 19-acre portion of Jackson Park, will include a museum, public library, athletic center, children’s playground and test kitchen, the AP reported. It is being financed through private donations, with the Obama Foundation also pledging to donate up to $3.5 million for a public facility for track and field competitions.
It will not include a formal “presidential library” because Obama did not want to deal with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) rules that would apply to such a designation…
Is it weird that Obama doesn’t want the public to have access to his presidential records? The entire point of opening up a presidential library is to have it be a presidential library.
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, CA is an impressive monument to a great man. It has exhibits from Reagan’s amazing life from football star to actor to governor to the President who defeated the Soviet Union. What the hell is going to be in Obama’s museum?
Obama never had a real job in his life before he got into politics, which also isn’t a real job. In politics, Obama’s only “accomplishment” was passing the the Affordable Care Act, that even democrats who voted for it admit is a piece of shit. What could possibly go into a museum for a guy who has never really done anything?

Obama’s pseudo presidential library is going to suck as bad as his 8 years in office, so at least it will be an accurate representation of his presidency.
