In a metaphor for Mitt Romney’s career suicide, the Utah Senator knocked himself unconscious. After knocking himself out of the Republican party, RINO Romney went ahead and literally knocked himself out. Proving he’s a democrat at heart, this is something that Joe Biden would do and the Hillary Clinton actually did.
The NY Post reports:
Sen. Mitt Romney was knocked unconscious when he fell in Boston over the weekend, leaving him with “a lot of stitches” and a black eye.
The Utah Republican said he was visiting his grandchildren when he got injured.
What the hell was he doing with his grandchildren that he got knocked the f*ck out? A little mixed martial arts in the Mormon Octagon of Death?
This is actually worse than when Joe Biden broke his foot chasing his dog while naked. Romney got flattened by his grandchildren. It’s seems like there’s a lot more to this story than Romney is willing to divulge. Normal people don’t just get knocked out doing nothing.
“I took a fall. Knocked me unconscious. But I’m doing better,” Romney said.
Way to state the obvious. If he was unconscious and is now conscious, that’s a pretty good indicator that his condition has improved. Although maybe his condition hasn’t improved that much:
Asked how many stitches he received, Romney claimed he was not sure.
“A lot of stitches. I don’t know how many. I asked the doctor how many stitches and she said, ‘I don’t know,’ but it’s all through my eyebrow and my lip,” said Romney.
Neither Romney or the doctor have any idea how many stitches he got? His grandchildren really did a number on him.
Romney, who is not a funny man, tried to make a little joke about his injuries:
“I went to CPAC, that was a problem,” Romney said.
While joking that he got beat up at CPAC isn’t witty or funny, it is an acknowledgement that Romney has made himself unwelcome among Republicans. Recognizing that he has a problem is the first step, but it’s doubtful that Romney intends to solve his RINO issues.
Romney is the only Republican who voted to convict President Trump during the first sham impeachment trial and one of 7 who voted to convict in the second. After getting elected to the Senate on the strength of Trump’s endorsement, Romney has been nothing but a democrat in opposing the former President.
Romney congratulated Joe Biden on stealing the election before even the liberal media “verified” the election theft.
Romney participated in an anti-Trump Black Lives Matter protest during the height of the coronavirus lockdowns.
Romney said he was “sickened” when the Mueller report was released, completely exonerating Trump in the Russian collusion with hunt.
Romney knocking himself out is the perfect metaphor for his political career. In siding with the democrats in their war against Trump, he has all but guaranteed he will get primaried when he’s up for reelection in 2024.
He could always switch parties but he’ll find out that he is a useful idiots for the democrats now, but they don’t really want him in their camp.
