Officials have discovered one of the biggest cheating scandals in West Point history, involving 73 cadets. Only eight were expelled while the rest of the cheaters will be allowed to continue pursuing their education and military service.
The West Point honor code states that cadets “will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.” However, in modern Sodom, toleration of evil is the most vaunted of virtues so the military will be looking the other way.
“The tenets of honorable living remain immutable, and the outcomes of our leader development system remain the same, to graduate Army officers that live honorably, lead honorably, and demonstrate excellence,” said Lt. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, West Point’s superintendent, in a statement. “West Point must be the gold standard for developing Army officers. We demand nothing less than impeccable character from our graduates,” he added.
This decision by West Point and comment by superintendent Lt. Gen. Williams are of grave concern to me. I see this as another example of the edge being removed from America’s combat-ready defense of freedom.
Biden’s Secretary of Defense, retired Gen. Lloyd Austin, announced an “extremist” stand down. The initiative was to identify “white supremacists and white nationalists” that had “infested” the U.S. military. This too having a dulling effect on our military readiness.

It has become too obvious that our post-heroic society, behind the extreme liberal leadership of the likes of Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi, possesses a fundamental discomfort with military values, such as discipline, order, obedience, and heroism.
Examine, for example, the current wave of ‘cancel culture.’ This digression from society “is simply the next logical point in the brain rot of social justice and identity politics and in its takeover of major institutions,” as reported by washingtonexaminer.com.
To sum this up, as noted by Jerry Boykin, the VP of the Family Research Council, as long ago as early 2013:
America was founded on a totally new concept called unalienable rights, God-given rights. If you look at every Marxist movement there’s always been an effort to take God out of the society so that people become dependent upon the government and I think that’s exactly what we’re seeing here. If you go after the military, you go after really what I think is the bedrock of America because the organization and the institution in America that has maintained American values more than any other has been our military and there has been an incremental erosion of our military. Changes that are being proposed and changes that are being enacted in our military are eroding the military in terms of its prestige, in terms of its ability to maintain traditional American values. You change the values in this society by going after the bedrock and I think that’s why the military has been targeted for this.

American institutions are corrupted and breaking down under the weight of woke. What will the end game be?
