Nancy Pelosi Thanks George Floyd For Dying

If you had Nancy Pelosi on your “Stupid George Floyd Verdict Takes” Bingo card, you just scored. The Speaker of the House thanked the dead drug abuser for sacrificing his life for justice. In other words, she gave him a pat on the back for overdosing so democrats could exploit his death to push their anti-American agenda. Some may see this as kind of racist, but Pelosi is a democrat so: no dice.

On Tuesday, former Minneapolis police office Derick Chauvin was convicted on 3 counts of murder because he had the misfortune of arresting criminal George Floyd while he was overdosing on lethal amounts of meth and fentanyl. To the left, it was like their team won the Super Bowl of Wokeness. Here’s Nancy Pelosi and the Black Congressional Caucus with the victory speech:

“Thank you, George Floyd, for sacrificing your life for justice,” said Pelosi looking to the heavens.

“For being there to call out to your mom. How heartbreaking was that? Call out for your mom, ‘I can’t breathe.’ But because of you and because of thousands, millions of people around the world who came out for justice, your name will always be synonymous with justice,” Pelosi said.

WTF?

No matter which side you are on, George Floyd didn’t sacrifice his life for anything, let alone justice. If you believe Floyd was murdered by a police officer, he certainly didn’t enter into that willingly. If you believe he was a criminal who had a heart attack brought on by a drug overdose, he didn’t sacrifice his life, he threw it away.

As shitty of a take as this is, it does represent some refreshing honesty from Nancy Pelosi. George Floyd’s death and the ensuring outrage has been very good to the democratic party’s efforts for justice, police, and voting reform in the name of combatting fictitious racism. Floyd is the literal mascot of the democratic party’s anti-American agenda and Pelosi wanted to give him a shout-out for taking one for the team.

While we are here, I’d like to make a couple of points regarding this which nobody seems to have noticed:

First, George Floyd’s death was made out to be a racial issue, but it never was. Besides the fact that Derick Chauvin is white and George Floyd was black, there was no evidence whatsoever that what happened was racially motivated. Chauvin didn’t racially profile Floyd, he responded to a call about a scumbag trying to pass a counterfeit bill. He was a cop and that’s what they do. Not one shred of evidence shows that Chauvin was a racist or harbored animosity towards people of a different race.

Second, the faux outrage over George Floyd’s death claims it was a failure of the justice system for black people, but the system worked completely in favor of him. Following his death, Chauvin was fired and charged with murder almost instantly. Chauvin was put on trial and convicted in timely manner. At no point during this was there ever a system failure, it worked exactly as designed: somebody did something wrong and they were held accountable.

You could argue that the system failed Derick Chauvin because the publicity and outrage denied him a chance at a fair trial, but the system didn’t fail George Floyd.

Speaking of which, Nancy Pelosi actually should have thanked Derrick Chauvin for sacrificing his life to advance their whacko agenda, because that’s what really happened here. The only thing George Floyd did was commit a crime and then overdose on illicit drugs. That’s about as noble as sucking on a shotgun with a load of shit in his pants.
