Barack Obama was no friend of Israel or American Jews, except the radical leftists. He was however a great ally of Iran, who wants to wipe Isael off the map, as well as Iranian-funded terrorists like ISIS and al Qaeda. In addition, Obama’s party is full of a unashamed anti-Semites but this isn’t a story about reality. According to the former White House occupier, Donald Trump is to blame for the recent rise in anti-Semitism.
Jewish Insider conducted an email interview with Obama. They sent him 13 questions and he only answered 5. According to the publication, “The former president avoided every question touching on Israel and the Middle East that JI posed to him.”
Of the 5 questions Obama did answer, it was still as if he ignored them, or at least the reality around them. When asked about the recent rise in anti-Semitism, this is what he had to say:
“It was clear that anti-Semitism was on the rise around the world. People’s anger over everything from immigration to inequality was boiling over — and many of them were looking for someone else to blame. And for four years, we had a President in the White House who fanned those flames,” said Obama.
I know the left has interpreted Trump’s words to mean something other than what they actually meant, but when was he fanning the flames of anti-Semitism? That’s possibly the one thing liberals never actually accused the former President of.
The truth of the matter is, Trump was the most Israel-Friendly President this country ever had. He moved the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem and brokered historic peace deals on behalf of Israel.
From there, Obama blamed the “deadly Capitol insurrection” for anti-Semitism:
“While I never anticipated what happened at the Capitol on January 6th, some of the negative and divisive trends that we’ve seen at home and around the world have contributed to a rise in anti-Semitism and other forms of hate,” said Obama.
Huh? A bunch of knuckleheads, including BLM and Antifa terrorists, spent an hour running around the Capitol and that is responsible for the rise of anti-Semitism in the US? What kind of liberal logic is applied to make sense of that garbage?
Speaking of garbage, Obama also blamed Fox News, because that’s all he knows:
“America has been fractured by a combination of political, cultural, ideological, and geographical divisions that seem to be growing deeper by the day. I think a lot of that has to do with changes in how people get information. I’ve spoken about this before, but if you watch Fox News, you’re presented with a different reality than if you read The New York Times. And everything is amplified by social media, which allows people to live in bubbles with other people who think like them,” Obama said.
The New York Times is in a constant state of stealth-editing, retracting, and revising their fake news stories. Fox News has never had to do any of this. Who lives in an alternate-reality bubble; people who watch Fox News or liberals who read the NYT?
Making all of this blame completely ridiculous, the recent rise of anti-semitism has been black and pro-Palestinian thugs attacking Jews and defacing synagogs. In that context, Obama is claiming that Donald Trump and his white supporters as well as Fox News and their white Trump-supporting viewers are making blacks and Arabs attack Jews.
It’s nice of Obama to pop up every now and again to remind us of what a bullshitter and asshole he is.
