The COVID Lockdowns Showed Us How Dangerous Social Engineers Have Become

Since the onset of the covid-19 pandemic, governments around the world, along with a handful of unelected medical experts, have been behaving as though they are the social engineers of totalitarian regimes (e.g., fascism, Nazism, and communism).

To be more precise, this select group of political leaders and medical experts have upended economies, as well as the lives of billions of ordinary people, by implementing extremely coercive and restrictive lockdowns and physical distancing measures for the stated purpose of bringing the pandemic under control and preventing future outbreaks.

Specific measures have included curfews; police patrols on the streets; the compulsory closure of businesses deemed nonessential, as well as workplaces, schools, and institutions of higher education; the banning of social gatherings; the cancelation of sporting and cultural events; the suspension of religious services; and restrictions on personal movement and interactions at the local, national, and international levels. In many parts of the world, people have been subjected to mandatory stay-at-home orders, requiring them to spend most of the day confined and isolated in their homes.

Lockdown measures have also been used to prohibit people from engaging in public protests and freely expressing their opinions, as failure to comply with limits on social gatherings has led to people being arrested, detained, and fined. It has also not been uncommon to see excessive police force being used to enforce lockdowns and curfews, and to disperse protests against unreasonable restrictions. Some governments have also set up detention centers for international travelers entering into their countries, where they are forced to quarantine at their own expense while they wait for the results of their covid-19 tests. Shockingly, in early June 2021, the provincial government in Ontario, Canada, went so far as to announce that residents in long-term care homes would soon be permitted to engage in “close physical contact, including handholding” and “brief hugs” with visitors when both parties are fully immunized.

Unfortunately, instead of criticizing this state of affairs, the mainstream media and major social media platforms are fully on board. They have turned out to be willing collaborators of the governments in these matters by glorifying their oppressive and punitive measures, censuring critical viewpoints, and fostering a culture of surveillance, all while spreading fear. They have also been ceaselessly promoting the injection of experimental vaccines as the only solution that will bring totalitarian lockdown measures to an end. MORE.

Democrat Reconciliation Package to Federalize Local Zoning Laws, Displace Single-Family Homes in Suburbs

Democrats plan to federalize local zoning laws within the infrastructure reconciliation package to displace single-family homes with high-rise, low-income apartments to impact the already purple suburbs.

The reconciliation package plans to implement the destruction of the suburbs via a measure within the package called the “HOMES Act,” which attempts put the federal government in charge of local zoning laws to change local demographics, impacting the already purple voting districts.

According to the measure within the transportation package, any local government that does not comply with the federal zoning guidelines, meaning “ordinances that ban apartment buildings from certain residential areas or set a minimum lot size for a single family home,” the Department of House and Urban Development (HUD) will cut off funding to that city – funding any city needs to maintain their current low-income housing.

Additional consequences for cities keeping their local zoning laws in place would be to punish states by prohibiting them from “receiving taxpayer funded transportation grants of any kind if they refuse to allow high-rise apartments throughout their high density zoning in their suburbs.”

States rely on federal transportation money to fix local streets and highways.

Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge told USA Today in April, “The result of this sort of investment will be critical to increasing housing options for low- and moderate-income families.”

The establishment media seems very much for the radical-left plan, articulating the destruction of local rule as follows:

National Archives Declares the Iconic Capitol Rotunda to be ‘Racist’

he National Archives of the United States, in a newly-released report, bizarrely claims that the famous Capitol Rotunda displays “structural racism,” and should have “trigger warnings” added for guests entering the iconic chamber, as reported by the Epoch Times.

The report, originally released on April 20th, was written by the National Archives’ “Task Force on Racism.” It was headed by David Ferriero, an Obama appointee, in the summer of 2020 following the death of George Floyd in May. The death of Floyd, a career criminal who fatally overdosed on fentanyl while in police custody in Minneapolis, sparked nationwide race riots by far-left domestic terrorist groups such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa, which destroyed dozens of cities and hundreds of businesses, and led to the deaths of over two dozen Americans in the streets.

Ferriero’s report concludes that there is “unequivocally” an “overarching system of racial bias” in how the National Archives operates. The report claims that the Rotunda, which houses the original Declaration of Independence, United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, and depicts many of America’s Founding Fathers in paintings and sculptures, “lauds wealthy White men in the nation’s Founding, while marginalizing BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color), women, and other communities.”

The report claims that the Rotunda’s various artistic depictions leave “women, Indians, and enslaved people” out of several crucial moments in American history, including the iconic signing of the Declaration of Independence. However, this is actually maintaining historical accuracy, as there were no women, Indians, or slaves present at that moment.

“While these massive paintings are historically significant and loved by many, others find them oppressive and exclusionary,” the report continues. It then calls for a “diverse group of contemporary artists” to be hired by the National Archives in order to “reimagine” the iconic Rotunda by painting new murals “reflecting a variety of interpretations of the founding documents.” Furthermore, the report suggests adding “trigger warnings” alongside the major artistic displays, so as to not offend minorities by causing “intense physiological and psychological symptoms.” MORE.

DC Passes Bill Banning Menthol Cigarettes, Sends It to Mayor’s Desk

Amid criticisms of the police and Big Tobacco, the Washington, D.C., City Council on Tuesday approved a bill banning flavored tobacco products, including menthol cigarettes.

Despite warnings that the law would have vast, negative unintended consequences, the council approved the measure 8-5, according to the Washington Examiner.

“If the question is, ‘Is menthol bad for us?’ the answer certainly is yes. But if the question is, ‘Is smoking bad for us?’ the answer also is yes,” said council member Robert C. White Jr., who opposed the ban, according to The Washington Post.

“In the original bill, we were trying to get at things that were targeted toward youth, flavored items. Menthol to me seems like a different category. … I’m seeing this as paternalistic.”

White predicted that the ban would “create a black market for menthol [cigarettes], and African-Americans would get the product in Maryland or Virginia.”

His comments were part of a council effort to keep enforcement of the law out of the hands of police, whom council members characterized as an enemy of the black community.

As noted by The Post, the council put enforcement of the law in the lap of the district’s Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.

Further, the bill says that although it is a crime to sell menthol cigarettes and other flavored tobacco products, it is not a crime to smoke them.

Some council members said they feared that passage of the legislation would increase interactions between black D.C. residents and the police.

But the driving force behind passage was to stop minority youth from smoking.

“Four out of five kids who use tobacco started with a flavored product,” council member Christina Henderson said, according to WTOP.

“Seventy-two percent of high schoolers who use e-cigarettes use flavored e-cigarettes; 54 percent of youth ages 12 to 17 years old who smoke use menthol cigarettes, and one Juul pod delivers the same amount of nicotine as a full pack of 20 cigarettes,” she said.

Henderson said 85 percent of those smoking menthol cigarettes are black.

Tambra Raye Stevenson, health chairwoman of D.C.’s chapter of the NAACP, said tobacco was “weaponized” against black people by corporations and society, according to WUSA-TV.

“We have to understand that we are pawns in this game of chess, but we can choose to opt out of this game,” Stevenson said. “We are done just surviving. We have to thrive, and flavored tobacco isn’t going to get us to that promised land.” MORE.

The Darker Side of the Celebrated Stonewall Riots

The Stonewall Riots in New York City in 1969 were a great, good thing that signaled the beginning of the LGBTQ social and cultural movement, and only positive things flow from them—or so the narrative goes. The “gay liberation” rioters are our heroes and heroines, and police, government, and traditional public opinion, on the other hand, are all monstrous, evil forces who were on the wrong side of history.

As the cultural left engages in its annual celebration of the event—which featured a police raid on the queer nightclub “Stonewall Inn” and soon dissolved into riots—virtually every bit of discussion of the riots reduces to pure celebration. Since there’s a critical spirit in the air these days, in which formerly honored American founders and other key political figures in the early history of our country are denounced, I would like to make a small contribution in that spirit by revealing the darker side of the Stonewall legacy, which is characterized by crime, prostitution, and disease.

Missing in the left’s celebrated retelling of these riots is much of the destructive and deadly behavior that took place in the late 1960s at establishments like the Stonewall. At the time, it was a site notorious for prostitution, which all epidemiologists recognize as an important source of the propagation of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. How many homosexual men contracted HIV in acts of prostitution connected to the Stonewall and later died of disease complications, men who would perhaps still be alive if establishments like Stonewall had been shut down, or more rigorously regulated by law enforcement? It’s probably a substantial number.

What is clear is that the AIDS epidemic among homosexual men was driven by high levels of promiscuous and unprotected sexual activity. Many might have been saved if traditional American society had not simply given in to the cultural worldview of the rioting denizens of Stonewall. Even radical activists such as Larry Kramer, the founder of ACT-UP, eventually recognized how much the deadliness of AIDS was related to the extreme libertine view of sexuality propagated by the culture of those rioters.

The Stonewall Inn was also a Mafia-run site of illegal drug dealing. How many people died from the consequences of addiction to heroin and other drugs resulting from the drug trade at the Stonewall, again, people who might still be with us had the establishment been closed or more rigorously policed? Without doubt, more than a few. MORE.

CEO of Trans Group Labels Woman Who Complained About Man Exposing Genitals to Kids “Horrible”

The CEO of a trans group says the woman who complained about a man exposing his genitals to children in the female area of Wi Spa in Los Angeles is “horrible” and practiced “violence” against trans people.

Yes, really.

A video which went viral earlier this week shows the woman – who goes by the name CubanaAngel on Instagram – confronting Wi Spa staff about the incident, during which she claimed the individual deliberately flashed his penis to women and little girls.

Another man in the clip defends the alleged culprit, suggesting that the woman is transphobic for making the complaint.

The spa responded by issuing a statement which cited California Civil Code 51 (b) and argued that it would have been discriminatory to take action against the transgender.

“Like many other metropolitan areas, Los Angeles contains a transgender population, some of whom enjoy visiting a spa,” the statement said. “Wi Spa strives to meet the needs of all its customers.”

Reporting on the story, CBS Los Angeles asked Bamby Salcedo, CEO of the TransLatin@ Coalition, for her reaction to the clip.

“I think this is one of the horrible things that we experience every single day within our society,” said Salcedo.

“California is the state in the whole nation that has the most trans-inclusive legislation,” Salcedo said. “And, obviously, different local governments also adopt some of those laws.”

The activist added, “The trans community, particularly trans women, we experience this type of violence every single day of our lives.”

Apparently, opposing men showing their genitalia to children is an act of “violence” now.

As we highlighted yesterday, the woman who filmed the complaint has organized a protest outside Wi Spa on Saturday at 11am, although counter-protesters are also planning to gather an hour earlier.

Because siding with biological males who want to expose their penises to kids is obviously a noble human rights cause. MORE.
