Double standard or something worse?
The Biden regime is facing harsh criticism for a failure to take action against Cuba’s communist dictatorship amidst a brutal crackdown on pro-democracy protesters who want freedom from tyranny
Over the weekend, thousands of Cubans took to the streets to call for an end to the rule of President Miguel Díaz-Canel, the tyrant who succeeded the Castro brothers while keeping in place the system of oppression and deprivation that citizens of the island country have suffered under for over 60 years.
Many of them were waving American flags, a sign that despite the Democratic party and their hateful base’s constant trashing of the nation and its glorious history that many in the rest of the world still see America as a symbol of freedom.
It wasn’t enough that Biden refused to intervene to protect human rights after the Cuban government shut down the internet to suppress the violence that was unleashed against the protesters while blaming the unrest on a lack of COVID vaccines, they are warning any refugees to stay the hell away from the United States.
Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued a statement that was stunning for not only indifference to the desperation of Cubans but for its brazen hypocrisy.
DHS Secretary @AliMayorkas threatens fleeing Cuban refugees: "Allow me to be clear, if you take to the sea, you will not come to the United States … Again, I repeat, do not risk your life attempting to enter the United States illegally. You will not come to the United States." pic.twitter.com/gSsLbbCuSH

According to Mayorkas; “Allow me to be clear if you take to the sea you will not come to the United States.” He said, “The time is never right to attempt migration by sea.”
“To those who risk their lives doing so, this risk is not worth taking”
“Again, I repeat do not risk your life attempting to enter the United States illegally, you will not come to the United States.” He said.
Mayorkas warned that refugees from Cuba, as well as Haiti which is also gripped by political unrest after the assassination of its president, “will be intercepted by the Coast Guard and immediately returned to their home countries” and “If individuals make, establish a well-founded fear of persecution or torture, they are referred to third countries for resettlement.”
“They will not enter the United States.” Said Mayorkas.
The Biden regime’s double standards on “illegal” immigration speak volumes that those who are legitimately fleeing from imprisonment, torture, and death imposed by communists are unwelcome in the U.S. while the administration has allowed the nation’s southern border to be overwhelmed by swarms of migrants so miserable that their own countries are glad to be rid of them.
One major difference is that Cubans who understand the horrors of communism can’t be counted on to reliably vote Democrat like the Latin American hordes who are being relocated throughout the country in a diabolical form of demographic warfare to shore up the party’s grip on power in areas where it doesn’t already have a rock-solid majority.
Demonstrations in support of the anti-communist Cubans have taken place in multiple locations in the U.S. and especially in Florida, a state that resoundingly rejected the socialism of the Democrats in last year’s elections.
Biden and his handlers would like nothing more than for the Cuban government to quickly quash the rebellion and get it out of the headlines before Americans get the idea that the socialism that the Democrats are pushing is a ticket to a grim future of totalitarianism misery.
