Yes, Minneapolis-area police officer Kim Potter days ago was found guilty of first and second-degree manslaughter in the accidental shooting death of Daunte Wright in April 2021. This from thegatewaypundit.com.
But there is more to the story about Duante Wright that you may not have seen or heard.
Black Lives Matter has effectively martyred Daunte Wright as hundreds of activists cheered outside the courthouse upon hearing Kim Potter’s guilty verdict.
However, new testimony from the victims of Wright’s horrifying crimes paints a different picture of the criminal Kim Potter was convicted of murder for killing when she accidentally shot him with her Glock instead of her stun gun during a traffic stop.

Kim Potter, 49 years of age, now faces a maximum of 15 years in prison and is scheduled for sentencing on February 18.
As usual, the dishonest media is carrying the water for BLM, as they celebrate the murder conviction of former Officer Potter while ignoring Daunte Wright’s alleged “accidental” shooting of Caleb LeMay.
According to the victim’s mother, Wright claimed to have “accidentally” shot her son in the head at a convenience store, causing him to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair and requiring 24/7 care.
The Daily Mail Reports–
Through court records and interviews with the victims, DailyMail.com can exclusively report that Wright had led a life of crime and violence before his death, having been involved in the shooting of two of his school friends, a home burglary, and had previously assaulted and robbed a young woman at gunpoint.
“He’s an evil human being. Worse than a monster, a waste of space on earth,” said Jennifer LeMay.
LeMay’s son was shot in the head at a gas station by Wright in 2019. He is permanently disabled as a result of the horrific shooting.
LeMay said the two boys were good friends at one point and that Caleb had had his first sleepover at Wright’s house when he was 13.
The pair eventually grew apart after Caleb, and his mom moved to the Chicago area in 2018.
Months later, Caleb went back up to Minneapolis to visit some family members and was at the local gas station when Wright shot him point-blank in his head.
LeMay said she heard from people in the area that Daunte admitted to some pals that he had and only wanted to scare Caleb, but the gun ‘accidentally’ fired.
Wright was never arrested or charged with shooting Caleb.
Before Wright was killed, she said the local police department had told her that they didn’t have any witnesses to who shot her son.
‘The local police really didn’t work that hard on my son’s case. To the best of my knowledge, they haven’t spoken with anyone on the case since May 15, 2019.’
‘Technically, the case is still open, but they’re never going to solve it.’
Now with Wright dead, LeMay says her son will never get justice.
When Kim Potter killed him, she took away any possibility for him to be held criminally accountable for what he did.
And the alleged victims of Duante Wright continue to come forward.
Months after Wright was shot and killed in April, an anonymous woman only identified as C.V (Crime Victim) sued his [estate] for assault and battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, C.V said that Wright pointed his gun at her and said: ‘I know you have the money, give me the f**king money, we know you have the money, that is what we are here for.’
So, now that we have more to the story, and considering the fact that Officer Kim Potter did, in fact, “accidentally” kill Duante Wright, what will be an appropriate sentence for the former police officer?
Anything other than the maximum sentence, the occupants of the town will likely burn their town down. But, in all actuality, Officer Potter perhaps deserves some consideration.
Policing is a difficult job under the best conditions. Policing in high stress situations for a segment of the population who refuses to be policed is all but impossible.
Final thought pattern, rhetorical questions: What has become of our once-beautiful inner cities in America? How can this seemingly endless destruction be stopped? Is total annihilation now an inevitable progression?
