Supreme Court Issues Ruling—Businesses Win BUT Healthcare Workers Lose

The Supremes have stopped The Regime’s vaccine mandate for employers.

In a 6-3 ruling, the majority determined that The Regime overstepped its authority in mandating the vaccine or testing requirement on US employers and employees. This from thelibertyloft.com.

The court determined that OSHA has never had the authority or issued a vaccine mandate in the past. The ruling would have affected over 80 million Americans, many who are relieved to no longer be under the mandate.

While this is good news for businesses, the news was not so good for healthcare workers.

The Court allowed the mandate on healthcare workers to proceed. The ruling will affect essentially all healthcare workers in the nation.

Many large healthcare organizations had already proceeded with mandates on their employees, with many facing terminations for declining the vaccine.

So, if The Regime doesn’t kill us with their designed vaccine, they’ll kill use with diminished healthcare availability. We can expect to be triaged and long lines awaiting care. Perhaps even refusal of care for many.

With the news of the Supreme Court ruling, many large healthcare organizations are expected to announce their plans in the coming days.

The Regime has not responded to the announcement as of yet. The ruling strikes them and the COVID narrative a significant blow.

They’ll be fine, though, once they’ve wiped this bit of egg off their faces. This too will be presented as a positive and a new requirement, a new mandate will be imposed to circumnavigate The Supremes. Count on it.

The radical left has maintained that vaccines are the only way to end the COVID pandemic.

The latest strain, Omicron, has proven to breakthrough vaccines. The left has shifted its talking points in recent weeks on the ability of vaccines to cure or stop the pandemic due to this.

Final thought, a question: Where is the constitutional logic in decisions that strike down one mandate and allow another to stand?

Interpretations can be a dangerous thing—particularly when the constitution is viewed through politically colored glasses.

God speed to Conservatism.
