Since their agenda is so unpopular with the American pubic and dead in the 50/50 Senate, House democrats have little else to do but demonize Republicans. Democratic Rep. Joyce Beatty has accused Republican Hal Rogers of poking her in the back and saying, “Kiss my ass.” It’s doubtful this actually happened but part of me kind of hopes it did.
Here’s a fun story from Ohio Rep. and head of the Congressional Black Caucus, Joyce Beatty:

My theory is she gave him some shit for not wearing a mask and he politely asked her to get on the train. Old white guys don’t use terms like “kiss my ass” but black women sure do. She made this entire thing up.
Still, it’d be pretty awesome if he actually told her to kiss his ass. Even better if he told her to suck his dick.
Beatty continued and it sure looks like she tried playing the race card:

She finishes off with some masking nonsense but starts out by complaining that she’s been fighting this kind of disrespect for years. What’s she’s really saying is that Rogers, who is white, poked her and insulted her because she is black. Yeah, she played the race card.
Finally, after making up a juvenile story about a Republican insulting her, Beatty insults a Republican by calling him a juvenile:

Beatty tagged Rogers on Twitter so I thought I’d check his timeline to see if he responded to this but he hasn’t. That’s another clue that this story never happened. If Rogers had actually told Beatty kiss his white ass, I think he would have been proud of it and would have celebrated this crowning achievement in a tweet.
Democrats are in a constant state of accusing Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene of threatening to kill them and nobody even pays attention anymore. Maybe this was Beatty’s attempt to switch things up and get that attention back. If a white man laid his hands on black woman and insulted her, with all the racial overtones that go with it, it would be a big deal.
The bigger issue here is that there is a coordinated effort to portray Republicans and blood-thirsty racist insurrections to distract from the fact that democrat are just f*cking horrible.
