Joe Biden has had enough of white privileged crackheads like his son Hunter and is finally leveling the playing field. In the boldest move yet to combat racism, the illegitimate president is giving away free crack pipes to blacks and other minorities. And by “free” these crack pipes are actually paid by you and me. You’re welcome, BIPOC junkies.

The Biden administration is set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.”
The $30 million grant program, which closed applications Monday and will begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to help make drug use safer for addicts. Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits/supplies.” A spokesman for the agency told the Washington Free Beacon that these kits will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.”
HHS said the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection when smoking substances with glass pipes, which can lead to infections through cuts and sores. Applicants for the grants are prioritized if they treat a majority of “underserved communities,” including African Americans and “LGBTQ+ persons,” as established under President Joe Biden’s executive order on “advancing racial equity.”
And while a spokesman for HHS went on record with The Washington Free Beacon that they are giving crack pipes to minority drug abusers, they turned around and tried to deny it to Fox News:
“This is blatant misinformation,” read the Tuesday statement from an HHS spokesperson.
“The Harm Reduction Grant offered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and authorized by the American Rescue Plan is a grant program designed to help Americans who are struggling with substance use stay healthy and safe, prevent overdose death, and find pathways into evidence-based treatments,” the HHS spokesperson continued. “Like all programs that use federal funding, these grants must adhere to relevant federal, state, and local laws or regulations.”
So it’s blatant misinformation but then they admit they are doing it? “Misinformation” really has become shit that liberals don’t like or that embarrasses them.

Keep in mind that the $30 million crack pipe giveaway is part of the American Rescue Plan which is supposed to be for COVID-19 relief. Millions of Americans lost their businesses and livelihoods because fo the lockdowns but at least black tranny crackheads are getting free drug paraphernalia. In what has been a disastrous presidency, Joe Biden finally gets a win.
While Papa Joe says these crack pipes are supposed to go to “underserved communities” I bet son Hunter gets the first case delivered to his house.
