For a breif period at the end of January the liberal media was outraged that a white supremacist had tagged Washington D.C. with swastikas. In the surprise twist ending of the year, that racist bastard turned out to be a 4-times deported illegal alien. Now the liberal media can shift their outrage to Republicans who don’t think Joe Biden should be giving free crack pipes to blacks to fight racism.
In late January, swastikas were found drawn on Union Station in Washington D.C. as well as other places around the city. The liberal media noted that these anti-Semitic tags coincided with Holocaust Remembrance Day and pointed out that there is a rise in white supremacist activity in the country.
But, as Fox News reports, this was not the work of white supremacists:
Geraldo Pando, a Mexican national, was arrested last month for vandalism and is accused of having drawn the Nazi symbols a day after International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The incident is being investigated as a possible “hate crime.”
In a statement, an ICE spokesperson told Fox News Digital that Pando entered the U.S. illegally as a minor in 1990. He was arrested for the first time in 2006 in Colorado and was deported in 2006, 2007, 2014 and 2017.
And as The Washington Examiner reports, this illegal alien is a real piece of shit:
Arrest records obtained exclusively by the Washington Examiner reveal that Pando had an extensive, 35-page criminal history in Colorado before he arrived in the District of Columbia recently.
The Washington Examiner listed Pando’s criminal history but it’s much too long to cut and paste here. The basic gist is that he has been consistently arrested for major felonies, plea bargained down to misdemeanors, and largely avoided jail time. He’s a serial thief, drug addict, violent criminal, and an illegal alien.
While it’s disappointing to liberals that the swastika tagger turned out to not be a white supremacist, here’s the real surprise twist of the story:
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said it will not seek to deport an illegal immigrant who allegedly drew swastikas in Washington D.C.’s Union Station and who has previously been deported four times — with the agency citing the capital’s “sanctuary city” policies.
ICE told Fox News Digital it has not issued a detainer — a request that ICE be informed of an illegal immigrant’s pending release from custody, so they can be moved into deportation proceedings. The spokesperson cited D.C.’s status as a “non-cooperative jurisdiction,” typically referred to as a “sanctuary city.”
ICE says it’s not bothering with a detainer for Pando because D.C. won’t honor it. I also suspect that Joe Biden’s open borders/no deportations polices have something to do with this.
Here’s the deal: If Washington D.C. is going to be a sanctuary for illegal aliens, they need to shut up and deal with it. They’ve created a city where criminal foreign nationals are above the law so they have to accept that they will be robbed, raped, and killed. And that there’s going to be colorful swastikas adorning the city’s landmarks. This is what the people of D.C. voted for, so this is what they get.
