Being Irish, you’d think the one thing Joe Biden couldn’t screw up is St. Patrick’s Day and yet here we are. The braindead White House occupier celebrated the holiday by saying that the Irish are stupid. Yes, Joe Biden is a dumbass, but it’s not because he’s Irish and he shouldn’t lump the rest of us in with his potato famine brain.

Sorry, this is such a joke I thought it was a literal joke. Maybe it is. In any case, Biden, Pelosi, and a priest represented the U.S. Government’s celebration of St Patrick’s Day by addressing the Friends of Ireland on Thursday. Joe kicked things off as only Joe can:
“I just want you to know, I may be Irish but I’m not stupid,” said Biden.
If he’s Irish and not stupid, that means he believes the Irish are stupid. The thing is, he is stupid but still, he just insulted an entire ethnicity. Actually, that kind of proves his stupidity. Smart people don’t disparage large groups of people like that.
For those non-Irish folks out there who don’t see why this is a big deal, imagine these scenarios:
Black Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas says, “I’m black but I’m not on probation.”
Donald Trump’s Jewish son-in-law Jared Kushner says, “I’m Jewish but I don’t secretly control the world.”
Mitch McConnell’s Asian wife Elaine Chao says, “I’m Asian but I can parallel park.”
Suddenly you have a problem. Of course these fictitious examples all involve conservatives, which means the liberals would flip out. If one of their own made a similar statement, they wouldn’t care.
After starting his speech with an Irish car bomb, the rest of it was a complete downer. He was out of it, even by Biden standards and many times it seemed like he was about to fall asleep. He told a bunch of boring stories about him and his family but he couldn’t finish them and transitioned out be saying “but anyway.”
Biden also started to make the case several times that the Irish are exceptional but then he’d say that all cultures and immigrants were just as good. Basically, he celebrated Irish heritage by saying the Irish are not particularly special. He already called ’em stupid, so why not say they’re common as well?
Outside of the “stupid” comment, there really isn’t much more to say about Biden’s speech so I guess I’ll finish the joke:
Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and a Catholic Priest walk into the bar. There’s a dog in the corner licking his balls and Joe remarks to the bartender, “Boy I wish I could do that. Not a joke.”
“You better pet him first,” replied the bartender.
Nancy Pelosi had a duck under her arm and the bartender asked, “Where’d you get the pig?”
“That’s a duck, stupid,” said Pelosi.
“I was taking to the duck,” said the bartender.
The Catholic priest asked the bartender, “Does this establishment serve minors?”
“Sure father, how young do you want him?” replied the bartender.
