Ketanji Brown Jackson Doesn’t Know What A Woman Is Because She’s Not A Biologist

While the liberal media is working overtime to characterize Republicans’ questioning of Joe Biden’s SCOTUS pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson, as racist, they are missing the fact that she’s a Kamala Harris-level moron. When asked to define “woman” Jackson said she couldn’t because she isn’t a biologist.

During the confirmation hearings on Tuesday, Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn gave Jackson a softball question that should have been a home run:

Blackburn brought up the 1996 Supreme Court decision United States v. Virginia in which the Virginia Military Institute’s male-only admission policy was struck down as violating the equal protection clause. Blackburn quoted Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s opinion:

Supposed inherent differences are no longer accepted as a ground for race or national origin classifications. Physical differences between men and women, however, are enduring. The two sexes are not fungible. A community made up exclusively of one sex is different from a community composed of both.

“Do you agree with Justice Ginsburg that there are physical differences between men and women that are enduring?” Blackburn asked.

“Senator, respectfully, I am not familiar with that particular quote or case, so it’s hard for me to comment as to whether or not,” Jackson replied.

“I’d love to get your opinion on that, and you can submit that. Do you interpret Justice Ginsburg’s meaning of men and women as male and female?” Blackburn asked.

“Again, because I don’t know the case, I do not know how I’d interpret it. I’d need to read the whole thing,” Jackson said.

“Ok. And can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman’”? Black inquired.

“Can I provide a definition?” Jackson asked.

Blackburn indicated “yes.”

“No. I can’t,” said Jackson.

“You can’t?” said Blackburn incredulously.

“Not in this context. I’m not a biologist,” replied Jackson.

“So, you believe the meaning of the word ‘woman’ is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn asked.

“Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes. If there’s a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law and I decide,” said Jackson.

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn said.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is a radical leftist activist judge who is soft on pedophiles and favors Critical Race Theory but this is the most disqualifying of all. She can’t define what a woman is because she’s not a biologist?

Does that mean she doesn’t know what an apple tree is because she’s not a botanist? Or that she has no idea what a cave is because she never studied speleology?

Part of being a judge, especially a Supreme Court Justice, involves understanding what things are. How could she possibly make informed decisions on cases involving women if she doesn’t have the biological credentials to know what women are?

Joe Biden picked a real dud in Jackson but he’s banking of her blackness to get her on the bench. Even moderates like Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema will have to vote to confirm her for fear of being accused of racism. Yes, she’s unqualified and stupid, but she’s a black woman (whatever that is) and will get the 50 votes necessary.
