Last week Judicial Watch announced a federal court ordered the FBI to disclose additional details about FBI and other officials “cc-ed” on the memo used to justify launching the “Crossfire Hurricane” spy operation.

Judicial Watch announced today that a federal court has ordered the FBI to disclose additional details about FBI and other officials “cc-ed” on the memo used to justify launching the “Crossfire Hurricane” spy operation against President Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign. Judge Carl J. Nichols has given the FBI until June 16, 2022, to respond. The order comes in a September 2019 FOIA lawsuit Judicial Watch filed after the FBI failed to respond to a request for the memo, known as an “Electronic Communication” or “EC.” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:19-cv-02743)).
In May 2020, Judicial Watch obtained a redacted version of the previously secret memo, authored by former FBI agent Peter Strzok. The Biden Justice Department argued that there is no significant public interest in disclosing the names of officials “cc-ed” on the memo.
Judicial Watch filed a motion countering that claim and arguing that the public had a significant interest in knowing who at the FBI had knowledge of the memo and presumably approved the investigation.
“The Biden administration is still covering up who was involved in the Obama administration’s unprecedented and illicit spying on Donald J. Trump,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This court decision is another step forward in accountability for the worst government corruption scandal in American history.”
We have long known the Deep State was fighting against President Trump. But why? For the sheer survival of untold numbers of high-level actors, of course. Trump had voiced his determination to “drain the swamp.”
And who is the Deep State? Well, at a minimum the Deep State involves permanent government entities consisting of incredibly large and powerful organizations—at a minimum the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA—forces that interact with government and aren’t elected and are beyond the conventional checks and balances of the American system.
More inclusively, however, the Deep State likely includes the DoD (Read: Pentagon), DoJ, and many of the other three-letter entities emanating out of Washington D.C.
So, the FBI was involved in Crossfire Hurricane, acting more like a political police agency for the democrat-communist party—a gestapo—than the federal crime investigative and intelligence agency it was believed to be.
As reported above, the FBI has been given until June 16, 2022, to disclose additional details, but let’s not believe they will and, if they do, we can’t believe they will come forward with a full disclosure.
Further, we must believe that the Deep State has long existed. And we can be certain it grew and became a dedicated tool of the democrat-communist party during the eight years of the Obama Regime.
And with this thought, we must further assume the Deep State is bigger than Obama and that he was/is merely a tool, a hapless figure head for something much larger.
Final thought, an observation and a suggestion: Best of luck to Judicial Watch. Persistence and determination will not be enough to reveal what appears to be endlessly pervasive and deeply entrenched within the building blocks of America.
The Deep State will not be revealed and will not be destroyed by using accepted practices and laws of interrogation. I suggest waterboarding and dismemberment beginning with George Soros and his ilk.
But, of course, this will not be accomplished, and so the Deep State will survive.
