House Speaker Nasty Pelosi will try a doomed effort to push sweeping gun control bills through Congress next week.
The Senate will block her, she doesn’t even have 50 democrat votes for it, but she will still try.
This from slaynews.com.
In her own twisted-logic manner, Pelosi said:
Saving our children can and must be a unifying mission for our nation.
To all those in the Congress who would stand in the way of saving lives: your political survival is insignificant compared to the survival of our children.
We will not rest until the job is done.
Joe-Joe Biden gave a long tedious speech two nights ago saying he was all for what Pelosi is cooking up. He said:
We need to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. And if we can’t ban assault weapons, then we should raise the age to purchase them from 18 to 21.
I want to be very clear—this is not about taking away anyone’s guns. It is not about vilifying gun owners.
But, my God, the fact that the majority of the Senate Republicans don’t want any of these proposals even to be debated or come up for a vote I find unconscionable.
The House of Representatives already passed key measures we need, expanding background checks to cover nearly all gun sales.
It’s time for the Senate to do something. But as we know, in order to … get anything done in the Senate, we need a minimum of 10 Republican senators.”
We can’t fail the American people again.
Enter Kyle Rittenhouse who said simply:
I am alive today because I was able to protect myself.

He added:
The right of people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed, Joe.
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said:
Joe Biden wants to ban ‘assault weapons’ and ‘high capacity magazines’ yet [d]emocrats refuse to prosecute violent crimes in [d]emocrat cities all over the country, and refuse to protect your children at school with armed security.
Same [d]emocrats are protected by armed guards daily.
“The right of people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed,” Joe.
