After waging a war on the fossil fuel industry, the Biden Regime is now blaming oil refineries for not doing a “patriotic duty” by increasing oil output.
Joe Biden made it very clear that he was going to shut down the oil industry.
Biden said in 2020:

Joe Biden followed through with his threats and closed down the Keystone XL Pipeline in January 2021.
The U.S. simply doesn’t have the pipelines to carry more oil.
This is clearly diminishment of America by design—Obama Term Three.
