Ted Cruz calls out the Biden White House for failing to enforce this law

It’s bad enough that democrat voters take to the streets and riot when they don’t like a political outcome.

But what’s worse is when democrat politicians condone or even call for violent behavior.

This from en-volve.com.

And now [finally], Texas Senator Ted Cruz is calling out the Biden White House for its failure to enforce this law.

According to Title 18, Section 1507, of the U.S. Code, it is illegal to protest outside of a judge’s home with the intent of influencing a ruling.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz wants U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to do his job and enforce that law.

However, AG Garland is sitting on his hands.

In early May, radical non-profit organization, Ruth Sent Us, doxed the Republican-appointed Supreme Court Justices—revealing their home addresses on its website for the world to see.

But they didn’t stop there—they also organized protests outside the justices’ homes—going as far as offering to pay some of the “grassroots activists.”

The site reads:

ANNOUNCING: Walk-by Wednesday, May 11, 2022! At the homes of the six extremist justices, three in Virginia and three in Maryland. If you’d like to join or lead a peaceful protest, let us know. Commit to rise up with us.

Their site advertises:

Are you a muralist or chalk artist? Are you a graphic designer who would like to contribute remotely? Large-scale art will be included in the protests against the Supreme Court. Stipends available. To apply, please email us at [email protected].

All of this came on the heels of the leaked SCOTUS draft ruling indicating the high court could potentially be correcting the unconstitutional Roe v. Wade ruling that legalized abortion through the first trimester, nationwide.

Following weeks of picketing, one radical Leftist took things to another level.

Nicholas John Roske was apprehended outside the home of Justice Kavanaugh with a cache of weapons—and he admitted to law enforcement officers he intended to kill Kavanaugh.

Roske said his motivation was due to Kavanaugh not supporting gun-control legislation or abortion “rights.”

Later that same day, the woke activists resumed their harassment outside the home of the Kavanaugh family.

However, Ruth Sent Us is now switching gears.

Their new target of choice has become Justice Amy Coney Barrett—and her children.

The radical group has posted a call for demonstrations at Barrett’s home and church.

Ruth Sent Us tweeted:

If you’re in the D.C. metro area, join us. Our protests at Barrett’s home moved the needle to this coverage.

In a truly deranged and dangerous act, Ruth Sent Us then specifically noted the Barrett family’s daily schedule—including where her children attend school.

Note the insane twist:

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland has called parents concerned about Critical Race Theory and the hyper-sexualization of students in schools, domestic terrorists.

However, he hasn’t lifted a finger to stop the radical and dangerous intimidation of Justices of the highest court in all the land.

As the ranking Republican of the Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on The Constitution, Sen. Cruz sent a letter to Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois asking him to bring Garland before the committee.

The Texas Republican wrote:

I am requesting [Garland’s] attendance so he may detail the steps the Department of Justice is taking to protect our Supreme Court Justices in the wake of an unprecedented harassment and intimidation campaign.

Last month, Congress passed an ordinance allowing for $10.3-Million in additional funding to cover extra security for the justices for the remainder of 2022.

But Cruz wants the Obiden Regime and the Department of Justice to take action.

Cruz wrote in his letter:

Article III of the Constitution guarantees judicial independence by granting judges life tenure and salary protection so they are not influenced by anything but the law and facts in the case before them.

Unfortunately, despite clear evidence that federal law was violated by mobs of protestors at the Justices’ homes, the head of the Department of Justice, and chief law enforcement officer of the United States, flatly refused to enforce federal law.

Recently, the Supreme Court Marshal requested Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin to enforce laws banning protesting outside justices’ homes.

However, both of those Republican Governors said they’re doing all they can, and it’s up to Garland to take further action.

Final thought, a question and a perceived plan: Does anyone not believe the death of one or more conservative Justices of the Supreme Court is the ultimate democrat-communist goal?

Such an act may very well be the rationale sought for an Obiden two-fer: An opening(s) on the bench and a call for Martial Law followed by the cancelling of the 2022 elections—all with the stated intention of quelling hostilities.
