Who’s In Charge? White House Corrects Biden’s Claims In 60 Minutes Interview

If Joe Biden said it, there’s a 100% chance it’s not true, both because he’s a lair and he suffers from dementia. In a recent interview with 60 Minutes, the illegitimate president made claims about the COVID-19 pandemic and defending Taiwan that the White House was forced to walk back. The only question left is: who’s in charge? Because it’s clearly not Biden.

Biden did another soft-ball interview that he should have nailed but Alzheimers is a hell of an drug. When asked if U.S. forces would defend Taiwan against a Chinese invasion, Biden gave an enthusiastic yes. This of course is not the policy of the United States and in a hilarious move, Biden’s handlers corrected the statement in real-time:

60 Minutes: Would American troops defend Taiwan against Chinese aggression?

Biden: Hell, yeah!

White House: Actually,  that’s not true.

That’s not something that projects leadership or even indicates that Biden is running the show.

Later in the interview, Biden declared that the COVID-19 pandemic is over:

But as CNN reports, that’s not true either:

The Biden administration is largely downplaying President Joe Biden’s comments declaring the coronavirus pandemic “over,” suggesting his remarks signal a continuation of the White House’s evolving stance toward the pandemic over the past few months.

“The pandemic is over. We still have a problem with Covid. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. It’s — but the pandemic is over,” Biden said during an interview with CBS “60 Minutes” that aired Sunday. The comments caught some in the administration by surprise, according to two officials.

A day later, an administration official told CNN that the President’s comments do not mark a change in policy toward the administration’s handling of the virus, and there are no plans to lift the Public Health Emergency, which has been in place since January 2020 and is currently extended through October 13.

60 Minutes: Is the pandemic over?

Biden: Hell, yeah!

White House: Actually, not so much.

Again, who is in charge of this country? It’s obviously not Biden.

One thing the White House didn’t have to correct but should have was when Joe was asked if he’s fit to serve:

60 Minutes: Are you mentally and physically capable of doing the job?

Biden: Pudding!

White House: No comment.

Keep in mind that Biden’s handlers approved of all the questions 60 Minutes asked and prepared Biden to answer them. Somehow he still managed to botch it. This is like having a cheat sheet for a test and still getting a D minus.

In reality, Biden blowing this easy interview and the multiple White House corrections is the answer to Joe’s fitness:

60 Minutes: Are you fit to serve?

Biden: Clearly I’m not.

White House: Clearly he’s not.
