Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is behind a sophisticated multi-billion dollar effort to control the COVID-19 pandemic by bending government policy and shifting public perceptions regarding the virus, an explosive investigation has revealed.

The investigation by Politico and German newspaper WELT uncovered a paper trail revealing that Gates is linked to four health organizations that spent around $10 billion influencing governmental pandemic strategies.
However, the probe found that:
[T]he groups lacked the scrutiny of governments and fell short of their own goals.
The four organizations were identified during the investigation as:
- Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation,
- Gavi – a vaccine promoter Gates helped found,
- Wellcome Trust—a health research group that worked with Gates, and
- Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)—a pro-vaccine organization that Gates helped create.
According to the report, the groups took advantage of the lack of preparedness of governments around the world.

As the coronavirus started to spread globally, four non-governmental global health organizations began making plans for a life-or-death struggle against a virus that would know no boundaries.
The probe found:
The move created a shift in power from the overwhelmed governments to a group of non-governmental organizations (NGO) with ties to Bill Gates.
Those groups took on roles that were previously held by government agencies.
The organizations then:
[I]dentified potential vaccine makers and targeted investments in the development of tests, treatments, and shots.
The groups also influenced the World Health Organization (WHO) into supporting their global vaccination agenda.
The report reveals:
They used their clout with the World Health Organization to help create an ambitious worldwide distribution plan for the dissemination of those COVID tools to needy nations, though it would ultimately fail to live up to its original promises.
The probe found:
The groups gave the WHO a staggering $1.4 billion to win over the United Nations health agency’s support.
They also spent $8.3 million lobbying lawmakers and officials to support their agenda.
The NGOs even employed “representatives from the WHO.”
However, the organizations failed:
[T]o bridge the equity gap and left low-income countries to face the worst waves of the pandemic.
A key fight they won, however, was to protect intellectual property rights to vaccines.
The push from the groups led a policy adviser for Doctors Without Borders to question:
What makes Bill Gates qualified to be giving advice and advising the U.S. government on where they should be putting the tremendous resources?
And despite Gates’s huge net worth, it wasn’t the billionaire’s cash the groups were using to peddle influence.
The organizations received millions of dollars in American taxpayer money.
According to pending legislation, CEFI is being designated $500 million in taxpayer cash.
The group will receive $100M a year over five years.

The investigation relied on more than four dozen interviews with U.S. and European officials and global health specialists.
Investigators tracked the path on which the response to COVID moved from governments to the Bill Gates-linked private groups.
Politico reported:
Now, critics are raising significant questions about the equity and effectiveness of the group’s response to the pandemic—and the serious limitations of outsourcing the pandemic response to unelected, privately-funded groups.
Georgetown University professor Lawrence Gostin, who specializes in public health law, warns that the groups’ propaganda effort is:
“The worst kind of influence.”
Gostin said in the report:
I think we should be deeply concerned.
Putting it in a very crass way, money buys influence.
And this is the worst kind of influence.
Not just because it’s money—although that’s important, because money shouldn’t dictate policy—but also, because it’s preferential access, behind closed doors.
“Access to COVID-19 Tools Accelerator.”
This was the name of the eventual program over which Gates’s four organizations obtained influence.
That was the structure that delivered only 16% of the diagnostics tests it promised to deliver.
It also only delivered 15% of the two billion vaccine doses it promised.
Further, the investigation revealed the very structure set up for those processes “diminished accountability.”
Final thoughts: ‘Restitution’ is the first word that comes to mind. ‘Execution’ is the second word that comes to mind.
Nice would be an indictment and conviction of Gates then confiscation of all his ill-gotten gains which behind Conservative leadership will be used to repair as much of the harm done as possible. Then, of course, would come Gates’s execution for crimes against humanity.
